The image below is from 2 weeks before the war. When t$ attacked SK was online and minutes away from doing their own blitz on us. When we blitzed first they did the only thing that could be done, they grabbed ground control and attempted to follow up with dogfights. EDIT: 2 weeks was kinda meaningless, so instead here is everyone's peace time specs 1 month prior compared to the day of the war. As far as I know, we are the only ones running 0 ground all the time. What little ground we have is in the new nations and treasure holders.

^ this so much. I would have voted Guardian. Mensa is amazing too. And that BK heart! <3 The best military minds I've come across are Memph and Prefontaine, but they also happen to be the FA leaders for their AA which makes them well known. It's likely there are others working quietly behind the scenes who will never get credit for their work.

Thanks Alex! Had the notification generated would it have revealed who did it? They probably knew about the defect and were exploiting it. If you wouldn't mind generating the notification now we'd very much appreciate it. Better late than never. Thanks

Lyro left us to focus on RL goals. He still stays in touch and is doing really well. We miss him dearly tho. -

Granted. We're at your disposal, bby. Snek tank... :3 -
James II, can you believe these people? Unbelievable... they're like 12yr olds. You should call them more names.

Overall I was most impressed with UPN. Significant improvement over last time we met. Guardian was impressive too. Memph and I had some really tight coordination going, which was fun. And Rose blitz totally made me freak out and start yelling at everyone in tS. That was mean! Bad Rose!! D: (srly nice blitz tho)

Good war. Well fought, everyone. Happy rebuilding!

I almost mentioned that "perfectly legitimate strategy" then didn't because it's so stupid and nobody cares. But yup. I agree, this is a better solution. Make the trades lootable.

The difference is the extra units give the impression that the market is flooded with supply. Supply volume is an important piece of information when deciding when to buy and sell. It's not broken. It's just misleading. One possible solution could be asking players to define price and inventory for each resource rather than posting individual transactions. So for example I could have 20,000 Food and set my public sell price to $115 and my inventory to 10,000. It would show on the market, and if someone buys 1000 units my inventory would drop to 9000. That way all inventory would be clearly visible. And players wouldn't be spamming the market with transactions every time they adjust their price.

2/22/2016 - Military Caps & Donation Changes
Jessica Rabbit replied to Alex's topic in Announcements & Updates
Yay. Common sense prevails. I wouldn't mind seeing this go even a little farther, say 1200 infra. Applying it to individual cities would be cool too because then reducing a single city below 1200 infa would matter. -
Seabasstion makes a great point. If the goal is for war to only occur between equally developed nations then military strength needs to be tied to economic strength. In other words, you shouldn’t be able to have one without the other. A few other ways to tie Military and Economy together: 1. Cap military by population (better roll playing) -You could even cap improvement limits by population rather than hard caps to allow for more city scalability and customization. 2. Allow military improvements to be destroyed more easily in war - or even targeted (I like this one) 3. Give cities a bigger impact on score 4. Separate Economic score from Military score and use Military score for declare range 5. Add specialized infra types (Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Technology, etc.) 6. Increase the upkeep cost of military (please don’t!)
