I've logged in at least three times over the past update and have yet to receive my $300,000? Edit: Thanks Alex for fixing the bug.

Seems to occur if a nuclear weapon destroys two barracks.

Reset Baseball Team Cost: 2 credits/$10 This option, when purchased, would replace your current baseball team with a new, untrained one with all the players being 20 years of age. If you're really desperate for revenue you could make it cost 1 credit/$5 per player reset.

It seems that they would would add more strategy and fun to the game. Is there any reason that these updates haven't been pushed onto the test server or been implemented recently?

The tutorial's instructions are to buy a coal mine or an oil well. It wants you buy those first before the power plants. Both are located under the "resources" tab in the city manager. I can see how the wording can be a bit confusing though. Have fun!
