In a lot of global wars the sphere that starts the war wins like half of the time. You need to have it set so that the aggressor has a far better chance of success.

During trial of tiers, bk sphere full blitzed us, specifically bk near slotted rose. We flipped the war on them within a day and we very clearly won the first round, we had less members than bk. I guess we're the 1%? The aggressor should have a clear advantage, with the chance of a defensive comeback through coordination and planning. If there isn't a clear advantage for the aggressor, there would never be any global wars. But im sure you would be happy with that coming from RnR. Also, you're saying I have a 9th grade education? The 24 turn clause is really the only thing that makes all these changes acceptable.

I feel like not being able to leave beige with more than 12 turns is kind of counter productive to what you're trying to achieve. If you want to make it so people can make a comeback during war...not allowing them to leave beige when they please---makes it very difficult for people to coordinate a blitz

If it takes 6 days to re max spies, then using spies become completely useless. The purpose of spying is you wipe their spies so you have free reign to spy military.

No nations are actually connected to me, that's the mistake that legend made. Sheepys system flags all nations that clash IP, and since everyone uses mobile data....there's tons of clashes everywhere. For example lury you have 19 different pnw players you have clashed networks with, 21 trades with those people. Now I doubt any of them are your multis, but that's the same mistake that legend made, he based it off the data provided by the system, which flags IP's from your mobile networks.
