  1. The friendship offered, although at face value, appears … nice, it is unsolicited, unbeneficial, with many “hidden strings” attached. Through the discussion in this forum, evidence was shown for emotional instability with the distinct lack of scruples and critical thinking ability. With a friend, and eventually to be ally [as is natural progression of things], this is considered an extreme liability.
    TL;DR
    No

  3. 1-4 are the problem 5 should be the only one implemented as it gives incentive for winning wars and makes attackers consider before letting a war run down. In terms of the others

    1. This takes away beige cycling which is the only chance a smaller alliance has of beating an alliance of larger numbers or city size. If after every round things reset in terms of military size the people with the largest military win.

    2. This enables people who want to extend their beige time to hit inactives or those that can't fight back knowing the war would end soon and as point 1 states, defenders win in a tie.

    3. Just like in number 1 this prevents beige cycling, which is a bad thing.

    4. This is aimed directly at the portion of the player base that raids. This is bad and should not be implemented.

    5. This one I'm fine with as it gives incentive to win.

And why would it be beneficial for everyone to know every alliances' wealth? Thats pretty dumb lol

We already have bots that can estimate it pretty well this gives an in game tool that is accessible for more people

  5. One big thing during alliance wars is guessing the alliance you are at war with warchest. People speculate about alliance warchests and sometimes rumors start that alliances are broke. I propose a spy op that can only be run on alliance officers. Instead of gathering intel from their nation, you get intel on the bank of the alliance. It does not have to provide a full picture of the bank, but partial pictures put together across multiple spy ops would provide vital intelligence and keep spies prevalent throughout a global.

  6. I know Alex has replied saying it is not this theory but he also asked for duplication of the bug. Well I got 5 ground attacks out of 12 MAPS just now in the exact same circumstances. I had 12 MAPS, waited a few turns just wasting MAPS, and then attacked when I had the clearance to beige. It seems that the first or the second attack was the one that didn't take MAPS away from my observation. I did not realize until I saw the beige that I had done more than 4 attacks.
