Anyone else tired of "offshore" alliance bank?
How about requiring at least 5 nations in an alliance, or else alliance bank functionality is disabled. 5 nations that are not on Gray, nor in Vacation Mode. Thoughts?

Yeah, I'd rather see you just remove alliance bank looting altogether than do something like this. I think this change penalizes alliances for finding ways to protect their bank from being looted and is especially hard on smaller alliances. A larger alliance would be able to manage this but an alliance of 15-20 would probably really struggle and is already more heavily impacted by bank looting due to the way the formula is set up iirc.
I honestly don't really see an issue with offshores anyways though, other than the cosmetic factor.
