  1. Man I am so happy -Unity- doesn't have those problems
  2. -Unity- This alliance’s principal foundation is that we value each individual member as much as any other. In many alliances, members might be neglected for a variety of reasons. Chief among them, the special treatment of government members over regular members. We believe, of course, that showing appreciation for hardworking government is important but it should not be a fast track to extreme growth at the expense of others. The best way to think about this alliance, and how it is run, is as one massive nation. Each member’s cities are playing into the bigger picture wherein we can support one another militarily and economically, ultimately leading to collective growth. Quality > Quantity To ensure that the care we take with each member is worthwhile, we believe that recruiting/developing the right individuals is a vital step in this process. Those with competence and potential will thrive. However, people that are not able to adhere to baseline standards may be subject to probationary periods or removal. -Unity- has been founded with a core group of players that have built up trust and loyalty between one another over time. It is important that both virtues are present, something that can be lacking in other alliances. Often Leadership might feel that they are the ones that require the trust and loyalty of their ‘subjects’ however this is not the case exclusively. With how much abuse of power occurs throughout Orbis, it is important for Leaders to prove to their people that they have the best intentions. In -Unity- every action or inaction taken is always explained in sufficient detail to each member as needed. It can often be the case that a decision, in a vacuum, may seem odd or outright incorrect. Generally, this is not the case once contextual circumstances are considered. Accountability Accountability is THE most important virtue for any government member to have, or any person for that matter. What this means is that whenever a mistake occurs, Leadership must take responsibility. If you want credit for all the good things you do, then you should also take credit for the bad things you do. We have all seen Leaders that refuse to take any accountability, choosing instead to deflect responsibility to other government or even members themselves. Accountability is also important for members to have, as it is the best avenue through which growth can be achieved. Progression -Unity- primarily cares about progression. We invest billions of dollars each month, and only expect this number to increase. To date, we have invested over 20billion dollars into our player base. We do not debt trap anyone! -Unity- and its systems have been proven to be able to take people from low city count, to c20+ within a timeframe that many alliances of similar size (or even larger) cannot supply. Community Those of us who are here at the beginning of Unity have created a community that we wish to grow. We strive to build mutual loyalty through time + mutual aid and have fun along the way. After all, when you are willing to fight for someone that is willing to fight for you what is there to hate?
  3. It is not like i declared on a single person. I fought by myself against a total of 10 members from this alliance.
  4. I think you may have missed the cues and sarcasm throughout my post...there is a condition that some people have that makes it difficult to read social cues....what is it called again hmm....jokes. The point of all of this is to discuss general issues via looking at specific cases, it is all in good fun. I think you might be taking it too seriously lol
  5. Welcome back! Many of you may have seen Part 1 of my Manifesto - [Manifesto] Ragnar Lothbrok and the Nanosphere: A Case Study (Part 1) I am delighted to say that the occasion for a Part 2 has presented itself. The purpose of these Manifesto entries is to shed some light on how things can operate in the tumultuous Nano and Micro space. In addition, we may find teachable moments to learn from. The Introduction It is common knowledge, at least among those who actually have any in the first place, that many players & alliances tend to have an inflated sense of power, influence, information, etc. It is commonplace for these alliances to grow over time - ultimately finding themselves in a position where they have a decent # of players. They do this by representing a front of competence, and grandiose promises. These types of alliances (of which there are many) will pine on and on about caring for members and operating with their best interests at heart...sadly...this is seldom the case. My personal favorite example of this is whenever alliances continue to buy cities for their members past c11 without UP; c16+ without AUP; and sometimes even c21+ without MUP. This is as a result of both incompetence, as well as lack of care for members as these types of practices not only waste money for everyone involved, but dig players into a hole that they generally cannot dig themselves out of. Yungie This is a tale of Yungie - the "Director of Defense" of United Commerce Republic . Once upon a time, a meager Raider - The Boogeyman - was searching for targets throughout Orbis. You see, Mr. Boogeyman harbors no ill will towards any of his fellow inhabitants. In fact there is honor in war. Whether it is when he lost ~240mil forgetting to move his safekeep, or whenever receiving SOLID counters...Mr. Boogeyman is only ever happy to see those who are competent thrive. However...there are times when certain alliances practically paint a target on their back; due to lacking the basic fundamentals of what it takes to ensure that they do not become a target for those ready to seize opportunities in the harsh world we live in. After a solid week or two of raiding UCR, Mr. Boogeyman was finally winding down with his raids as picking on those less fortunate for too long is shameful. Yungie, the DiReCtOr oF dEfEnSe, did his absolute best via two rounds of counters to protect the members he cares SO much for -.- This is how it unfolded. The Timeline Mr. Boogeyman (Thomas Eichhorst), reached out to Yungie (Baddest) hoping to secure peace following another round of successful pillaging of UCR's members. Sadly, Mr. Boogeyman did make the mistake of writing ear instead of war. Yungie accepts peace, after Mr. Boogeyman explains that with 12 MAPs stacked Yungie will lose many aircraft for no reason. Yungie tells Mr. Boogeyman that the site is not loading for him. Mr. Boogeyman explains that he will have to continue with the airstrikes before the next turn change. In good faith, Mr. Boogeyman informs Yungie that there is about an hour until turn change...before assuming that Yungie is asleep - deciding to honor the peace that was offered. Yungie, being wise beyond measure, decides to renege on his word...the only thing a man has. Sharing the loot from the war, clearly a MASSIVE blow has been dealt to Mr. Boogeyman. Delusion V. Truth \ Boogeyman: More detailed images showing him calling me a liar about these numbers and more ^ - https://imgur.com/a/dL9ndBC The Conclusion Do not be like Yungie. If you are a Micro/Nano, do not have government like Yungie. In his 1 year+ in the game, throughout ALL of his wars he has a net profit of 11mil. Yet here he is as Head MA for UCR. Within 1-2 weeks a SINGLE nation was able to dumpster 8 of his members. On top of that, he is a proven liar...not to mention bad at his ONLY job. In a game like PnW, respect and reliability are perhaps the only things that truly matter. Once you have proven that your word means nothing, and that your only credentials come from a ill-founded Ego; there is no hope.
  6. He literally declared on us for the express reason of "us being about to hit Titans" LOL
  7. As you can see, he offered 200k cash like a moron. We have never met him before, and laughed at him. Never once did we say we would be hitting Titans.
  8. Very true, I am over here raiding and building cities and Ragnar wants to play footsie in the dirt sitting at c12 for 400 days.
  9. Hello there my friends! This Manifesto is in regards to a recent situation with Ragnar Lothbrok and how it is a shining example of issues within the Nanospace. All screenshots are authentic and have not be re-ordered in any way to spin the truth. Abstract We all know that the Nanospace is full of drama. In fact, it is a reason that many of us likeminded individuals enjoy the space. It SHOULD be a place where small alliances of players are able to come together and play the game in a way that feels less like the factory farm gameplay of joining a top alliance. Unfortunately as we all should know by now, there are often several puppet alliances filled with multis that take advantage of new or ignorant players. Using the sheer fact of their member size and misinformation in order to dupe the greener players that tend to be around the space. This results in a cadre of players who have been around and playing people for fools. This article will look at a recent political occurence with the aforementioned Ragnar Lothbrok in order to showcase common tactics used by people in the Nanospace to sow deceit. Additionally, I will be providing evidence of a desperate Ragnar Lothbrok being incapable of thinking for himself critically. The New Johnny Depp Here we can see the message received by myself following some wars declared on my members. Referencing me "sliding the first time" referring ostensibly to a single war I had with Ragnar over a month ago. The next allegations are me "talking bad" and "asking allies to hit us". I will not provide the "proof" of this Ragnar claims to have had. Clearly we can see that someone else is telling Ragnar that I was talking shit while talking shit about 7DS. All that I DID do was merely point out the fact to someone that Ragnar Lothbrok has failed large alliances. Ragnar also completely lied about 7DS making threats against Titans whatsoever or rolling them and other allies. While 7DS did make certain agreements on who COULD be attacked, no targets were ever agreed upon waging war against. Although, I did discuss the FACT that through war, the Nanospace would be improved. I will not be posting the proof of who WAS authorized to be rolled as I will not be a rat. If things develop further in regards to [REDACTED]'s involvement I will be happy to provide screenshots of this specific claim. A Lesson in Patience So instead of having to bore everyone with over 30 minutes of screenshots of Ragnar looping on me, I will explain with some reference images provided after this section's text. Ragnar continues to talk about how TREY (a member who came to 7DS asking us to raid 3 titans members for 200k, before being laughed at for such a moronic proposition) made threats about his FRIENDS rolling us. We are not friends with Trey, had never spoken before he came to 7DS, and we offered him to be in 7DS to learn how to earn money as a raider instead of wasting his time with dumb feuds. Ragnar at first seems to understand this wanting to let the wars he declared finish. I must break into a new paragraph to explain that THIS is a common tactic used by this weird bloat alliances and players of questionable intellect. They cause some wars with some bullshit reasoning, and then want to let the wars finish. You are supposed to come away feeling like its just a normal misunderstanding (and letting your members suffer) while they can use the series of wars as PROOF that they won a war against you. We can see this with him MANDATING that we be the ones to send peace in between demanding anywhere from 15m - 50m whenever his ego is not played into. Mind you, already AFTER he has understood the falsehood of allegations. Principles and Accountability In this section, I would just like to dissect the Orbis worldview that Ragnar Lothbrok holds. You see, this is exactly what I am talking about when I reference the Nanospace. This is EXACTLY what happens to bloat alliances. They "accept" bad mergers, that increase the strength of the leader's connection even though it hurts the integrity of the alliance as a whole. All of those members that Ragnar once upon a time had did not just magically quit the game, they were funneled to other larger alliances via backroom relationships with leaders like Ragnar. The formula is simple, create alliance with a brainless theme, recruit as many people as possible using whatever tactics possible especially misinformation, then create circumstances that lead to these alliances being absorbed entirely. The unwitting members of these alliances are, in the meantime, completely brainwashed by all the fantastical stories and lies that are perpetuated even between other alliances. Now Ragnar is either one of these malicious actors, or incompetent. -- I will end here for now, I have more screenshots and more things to say but I wanted to get my point across regarding this issue. As of right now, Titans is embroiled in a disgusting misinformation war against 7DS and how do we deal with false information? True information. Thank you for reading and I am happy to speak with anyone. To anyone who treats me as an enemy regardless of having 0 real beef with me, just remember...the walls have eyes and ears.
  10. We love talking with people. And yes we are stopping at 7. Thank you all for your comments.
  11. Nope just the current alliance page. Priorities have been low on the PR side of things. Only in exchange for an ai-generated image of a 7DS
  12. 7DS is a raiding alliance that believes in quality over quantity. PnW is filled to the brim with garbage gamers and garbage politics. Here at 7DS you will either be welcomed as one of the exceptions or trained to be one of the best. 0/0 tax As one of the Sins you will be entitled to full rights of any resources you gain be it crafted from the labor of your nation's minions or through the conquest of the weak that plague Orbis. We have no need to tax, if we want it, we take it. Accommodating & Accountable Every Sin has a say on alliance matters but that also means they will be held accountable for everything they say. As a raiding alliance, Wrath & Greed, the most important attributes of a raider, have final say. Mandatory Discord Link: https://discord.gg/6d9yvA2wFQ
