If you think UPN is over, you should really reassess that conclusion. We will just have a large influx of nations rolled to lower tiers that will come out ready to hit our opposition. And don't kid yourself, we didn't even hit TKR's score last war and it was far worse than this conflict.

We only recently instituted a "propaganda division." Its sole purpose thus far is to create advertisements. Maybe you've seen them maybe not. I'm just saying if we were really concerned with propaganda at the moment, we could produce quality material.

If UPN wanted to produce quality propaganda we could. We have a few talented graphic designers within the alliance. So far, UPN has not sponsored any official propaganda. These are just personal works of our members.
