    PnW without discord is extremely hard if you dont know what to do. I suggest raiding first as it allows you to expand your nation as well as get some resources if you AA doesnt grant you them. When you become bigger you should prolly afk grind, build up cities and projects and if you really want to you could raid (which is hard cause most targets have a military).
