Basically they are there to boost the military of a nation and are tempory under that nations control until the war ends, ofc they won't be able to be sent if someone is blockaded and they still count towards the nation that sent them army limit -

Make it so nations can create expedition forces that they can send to others for a set weekly cost per week to others with an additional cost if those forces are lost so the nation that can rebuild the forces that are lost in battle from the expedition forces. Also make it so that you can toggle whever or not you wish to use the expedition forces that you where sent in a fight
