On behalf of Celtica, I would like to announce that Douglas Hyde has stepped down/retired from the alliance and the game. Douglas Hyde has abdicated power to me, and Eli Dogcraft to move Celtica forward. Eli and I will begin immediately to form a new cabinet and begin our reign as we move Celtica onward. We would also like to thank Douglas for all he has done for Celtica, and wish him well in retirement and future endeavors. Long Live Celtica!
