Welcome to TIC (The Integrity Coalition) declaration page! I am the King of TIC declared our alliance existence in Politics and War! Charter of the The Integrity Coalition Preamble We the member of Integrity Coalition, in order to promote development of new nations. We the member of this organisation established our constitution and government. Article 1- Name Section 1- Name of the Alliance The name of this organisation shall be The Integrity Coalition, hereafter referred to as TIC. Article 2- Purpose Section 1- Purpose of Alliance The purpose of alliance is to promote small nation in politics and war to grow. Section 2- Purpose of Government The purpose of our government is to help out members by our most experience member. Article 3- Membership Section 1- Admission to TIC The players who are interested to join TIC must apply in game alliance and give an interview on our club. Section 2- Removal of Member The member of the alliance may be removed by King/Queen if finds it an immediate threat to the alliance. In the absence of King/Queen, the ministers of TIC with majority of the votes can remove a member. Article 4- Government Section 1- Royalty The Government of The Integrity Coalition ( TIC) will follow constitutional monarchy. The Royalty of The Integrity Coalition consists of King/Queen. The King/Queen is responsible for functioning of the alliance and the coordination between different departments. • The King/Queen is supreme power of the The Integrity Coalition and takes the final decision on matters related to alliance on the advice of Ministers. However, It is not necessary for King/Queen to follow the advice of ministers. The King/Queen responsibility is to appointment and removal of Ministers of all departments. Further, the ministers are free to recruit members on smaller position in their departments without approval of King/Queen. The King/Queen will have to decide the next king by doing polls in the members of TIC. ( To know more see article 5 , section 2). In the absence of King/Queen, the ministers will take all major decision on the basis of Majority. Section 2- High Government The High Government consists ministers of different departments , who is the leader of their respective departments. The Ministers can remove/promote/demote any member within their department and to create any programs he/she will need the approval of King/Queen. • Minister of Foreign Affairs- The minister of Foreign Affairs is responsible for all diplomatic affairs. He/She will ensure that the ambassador of The Integrity Coalition represent ideas of Alliance. It is their responsibility to negotiate treaties and maintain relationships between The Integrity Coalition and other powers. • Minister of Internal affairs- The minister of Internal Affairs is responsible for maintaining Recruitment, activity of the alliance. He/She will maintain recruitment Topic in Club. He/She will maintain and set taxes of alliance with the permission of King/Queen. • Minister of Defense- He/She will be the supreme commander of Armed forces of The Integrity Coalition. He/She will took all measures to secure the safety of alliance. He/She will also set MMR (Minimum Military Requirements) and Warchest for the other members of alliance. He/She or low government member recruit by him/her will organise counter attack if any player attack the member of alliance. He/She is not authorised to attack any sovereign alliance without the permission from King/Queen. • Minister of Growth- The minister of Growth will be responsible for giving and checking minimum requirements for grants. In preparation of and during times of war, it is expected of the Minister of Growth to work with the Minister of War in regards to determining warchest levels and allocating monetary funds to members in need of aid. In order to accomplish his/her goals, the Minister of Growth may also create any positions or programs he/she deems necessary to fulfill his/her duties. Section 3- Low government Low government consists of members recruit by the Ministers of respective departments. Article 5- Rules Section 1- Amendment The amendment can be made in this charter by the majority of members. A member who wants to make amendments must contact King/Queen and King/Queen is can't reject it without validate reason he/she must conduct a poll of all members of TIC . Section 2- Election conduct by King/Queen The King/Queen is also responsible for the appointment of next King/Queen. It will be done with the majority of the members of TIC thorough polls. The Election will takes place after every 1.5 years. Any member of alliance can stand for King/Queen elections.
