I was wondering what the steps are to creating a new alliance. I am currently in an alliance right now and I can’t leave to see what I must do. If anyone has a screenshot or can describe to me what steps you take to creating an alliance that would be great! This is so I don't risk leaving my current alliance and trying to create a new one and I wouldn’t know what to do and it wouldn’t work and I wouldn’t be able to get back into the alliance I am already in.

I don't have any of those on and it still does not work.

When I click on the button it just disappears and does not give me an ad or reward. I was wondering what I can do to fix this.
