Point of clarification that will probably end poorly for me. The community has had a problem with doxxing before, and someone with a (supposed) financial interest in seeing PnW fail has already been posting sensitive information about Alex, even though that wasn't doxxing. We don't know for certain that NPO/GOONs et al were the ones behind the doxxing, or if was some other actor(s) looking to achieve something or just cause some chaos. We should stick to the known facts about the wrongdoing (the manhwa farm, etc).

This is entirely too broad, both in scope and language. It's intended use was probably to catch multis, but this really negatively limits player options. From personal experience, I'm guilty of breaking this rules a year ago when I went into VM, unsure if I was coming back.
