  1. Yes but after round 1 you wouldnt be able to maintain that.
  2. We arn't supposed to play the game, we're supposed to stack pixels. Sure you dont, only if you dont want to win. You're missing the fact that a lot of what you are trying to fix with these cap changes are not issues with the caps themselves. Its that the war system was heavily favored towards the aggressor. Successful tactical execution allowed for this to be used. Playing the game and monitoring it are two completely different things, from your standpoint this all makes sense. From ours it does not. The huge point gap created by these military caps will stop people from successfully being able to fight there opponents. Now if you add onto the fact that you are now recommending people declare without full military, wait 2-3 days then really fight is also silly. You have obviously ruined what was the best game mechanics in politics and war. A slight tweek to battle odds probably could have favored everyone better. None the less we are still dealing with the fact that nations with little to no military where being declared on, its not like we where fighting hyper well armed nations. Mensa nations still took 3 arrgh nations to take down, and most times it was still by a hair. They would have been the best example. Mind you our exact strategy was designed 100% around using up-declares to fight, which this hasnt solved. All your caps have done is make it so up declaring vs an armed nation is IMPOSSIBLE. I too have called this and I can personally promise arrgh will make those folks suffer terribly. Some of my closest friends have quit because of this update, and by god will I show everyone how stupid it really was.
  3. Dont worry FSA is still technically at war with Arrgh.
  4. This exactly. And this. I think you're crying because you got hit. You even where asking for a calculator on how to decom military improvements etc. Obviously a weakened military in an alliance who just got its behind whooped is going to be a problem. Better situational awareness and allies in the future will help you. God all the crying lately hurts my head..
  5. They just need to break the game with needless changes.
  6. You also need to factor in that 75k soldiers vs 100k soldiers can still minimize the chance of a triumph even if you have a ridiculous amount of soldiers. Basically by lowering soldiers you are making the tanks less effective as well.
  7. We may share our love for booty, but leave the mercenary work to the professionals
  8. LoL I will totally be remembering this, Arrghs biggest mistake of 2016, protecting Pacifica.
  9. I'm not, I know that you guys where very mad about being raided by arrgh. I have logs of Hooves telling me how it only started after you both where raided. Mind you you got hit by most of us while we where almost back to our full builds, builds a lot of nations on orbis use. Im saying that your lack lust war stats demonstrate you havnt fought enough fights to try and be dictating how the games war mechanics work.
  10. First off, I want to say how incredibly disappointed I am in this change. It was brought to heart by people who truly did not understand the framework of the game and how the entire thing operated. I know Hooves and Hao Hulyu where huge backers for a point score change after being raided. I would also like to specify how a lot of them had similar infra levels to the nations raiding them, which under these new terms "makes sense" in reality, Infra on orbis is incredibly fleeting. This will actually hurt nations like this more then others. I normally buy credits for ads and my VIP but will not be doing so this month. Mensa managed to knock me down to 400 infra per city in the first round, You're telling me that I cant turn around and fight back round 2? With proposed changes you will be forcing nations to sit down and lose, driving a HUGE amount of your player base away, far worse then any other outcome and forcing the community to adapt to problems on there own. One nuke on a 2k infra city will knock that city out of play, If you have 12 cities @ 1.5K infra your losses will be lower then 8 cities at 2k infra. Allowing your caps to stay higher longer. This will still continue to favor the low infra:city people. A lot of the problems people are complaining about are build related. Most folks go with a hyper economic build to allow for "profit" many of us have built our nations differently FOR MONTHS to have a slight advantage during war. This is true with this update, and the fact you whined because someone attacked you. Mind you it wasnt like you had max military in the first place, so just complain because someone with a few more cities hit you? This is Pfeiffer and I agreeing on something. This. You will effectively drive away a large portion of membership. Especially those who cant handle a beat down. -------------------------------------------------------------- Also under the linear growth model scaling infra vs cities, nations should not surpass 1.8k infra until city 11. Which is further making this invalid >.> Most nations on Orbis have hyper inflated infra levels.
  11. I was totally thinking this untill I noticed you guys posted >.>
  12. Why do you think we arnt hitting them? I feel bad that OS got conned into merging with Cobalt, and to think they had to be paid?
  13. God I wish I had your leadership abilities and cunning economic genius. Along with your insanity. Which I think is misdiagnosed.
  14. All of this and 150M to arrgh for a NAP Was to much? I am very disappointed. Shoulda asked for 250M.
  15. From #12 to #5. I'm not complaining Thanks Dan, I was wondering how we where doing on the global level.
  16. I dont think Orbis hashtags allow spaces.
  17. We agreed to peace on the night of 2/12; Arrgh Sent Peace. This morning I woke up to attacks through my peace offers, as well as any NAC nations losing against us peacing, while the ones with a chance still hitting; On top of that there where multiple war declarations. We also got messages from people in NAC that it was under orders. At this point we decided that peace was off, and we would continue on our path. When we agree to peace, We peace, Never take our kindness for weakness.
  18. You guys raided us while we where at war with VE. I think the high horse NAC rides around on us pretty hilarious personally Especially after exchanging messages with george.
  19. I recall heavy raiding from NAC while VE was rolling us, So I would get off your high horse and hang out down here with the rest of us. As far as Im concerned your nations continued to DECLARE WAR, not just attack, after the fact so we will gladly see you at ZI
  20. This is why you failed so badly you needed to have nations sell massive amounts of infra to hit us ehh?
  21. We could probably publish a book of short stories. I have one called "EoS and there mean big brother DEIC". I never met there brother. Yeah we totally have your guy's back. They owe you a human centipede review.
  22. Ignore Pedro . Fasolt is fairly new, but unlike many who have been playing the game for over a year; He has managed to be the epitome of a low teir raider as well as contributing to our defensive and offensive operations etc. He's going to be an awesome addition, and getting to know him better has been a pleasure.
  23. ARRGH! Ye Landlubbers. We have sailed into port to bring you news of the latest goings on within Arrgh! with (most) our wars finished we are hitting the high seas and swilling our rum. On that note, With Warpool heading to Political Pirates and Filthy taking a hiatus we have had a gap in our leadership. I would like to announce the two newest members of the admirality... Fasolt of Drakia Keza Purple of Purplelands So lets break out the rum, and congratulate these two gentlemen on a well deserved promotion for there service. Jacob Hanson
