As I said on the other thread, he is not banned. He is temporarily suspended through the warn system, warn points that he received for rule violations such as OOC attacks. If you ask others in those threads, they've also received warns for their OOC attacks. This is not part of an agenda against Ibrahim, this is the warn system doing its job.

You can sell your services through means of a mercenary-like service, but you cannot sell your nation itself and let it be controlled by another. If you do so, you and the one who purchased it will be banned.

His most recent warn point put him on a suspension from the forums. He is not permanently banned, and if it does come to that, he can appeal his ban through the proper forum in Ban Appeals.

Agreed. Plus, the OP got a suspension that won't end until December.

I would agree. For the moment, I wanted to get the major ones taken care of, such as: mailinator.com, yopmail.com, sharklasers.com The moderation staff will be monitoring new, controversial accounts. The registration agreement will also be altered to emphasize the new policy.

These ones have been been abused in the past and are now on the ban list: mailinator.com - home of several banned users. thrma.com - home of one banned user. anappthat.com - home of one banned user. yopmail.com - home of multiple ban evasion attempts. sharklasers.com - this one was a jackpot. spam4.me - one previously legitimate account and a ban evasion account. In an attempt to prevent accounts simply created to troll others, often being a multi or a case of ban evasion, the forum staff has decided to begin placing bans on known temporary email service domains. The most prominent example of this is: *@trbvm.com That email service has been used to register 14 accounts, including: PolPot, !@#$ (EDIT: n-i-g-g-a), hawkeye, Lady Lambda, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, Osama Bin Laden, and a few others. As you can clearly see, the grand majority of accounts registered under just this one temporary email service are troll accounts likely used through a proxy. Any of the few legitimate accounts registered under that domain will be given a chance to switch their email to a permanent service, or be banned from the forums. If you know of any other recurring temporary email domains, please let us know so we can appropriately deal with them. IRC is back up, this thread has served its purpose. I do not find it necessary to alter the forum rules to specifically mention external officials visiting to give us useful information. We will approach each case individually. As long as lane does not repeatedly post on our forums for non-Coldfront reasoning, I see no issue with allowing him an account. Of course, Sheepy may decide otherwise if he sees fit.
