Im not saying you would have had a chance at winning the upper tier, but you could have won the mid, if the upper wasnt free to hit down. i myself hit nations of 14 and 16 cities with my own 22. along with outhers in the 20+ ranges. That resonates down the tiers. Point is: If you surrender a tier completely, you give your oponent an advantage. And letting Guardian roam freely was a big mistake imo.

You can Submarine the outher way too( via ground) Kill their soldiers, get ground sup, kill air. As soldiers die in greater numbers than they can be rebuilt that workes fairly well too.

Yes you can, if you leave your front when all the targets in range have been destroyed, and there are no more work to be done, there are usually very few complaints. And if you end the war when its clear that you've won/lost then it too results in few complaints. Its actually fairly easy, im kinda disapointed so few ppl do that tho.
