For what it's worth, I don't mind that you had allies hit us. You guys had lost the war and it was very hard to come back, so it only made sense to call in allies. People sometimes forget paperless doesn't mean you have no allies, it just means you have unwritten MDPs and treaties. Everyone had fun regardless and that's what matters at the end. P.S Due to Sparta's actions, GoB, Hogwarts, TKR, Pantheon, Guardian, CKD, and tC all fought at the same side against us and should thank Sparta if anything.

To respond to people who are criticizing, either out of genuine concern or grievance they may have from the past, those who left Sparta, it's this simple - those who want to have peace and grow again will obviously stay in Sparta, while those who want more war and merciless raiding are heading out to places like Arrgh to do that as it would be unfair for them to put the entire Sparta alliance in that position. As far as leadership creating mess and not taking responsibility is concerned, it was a collective decision to hit and every single one was fully aware of the consequences of that hit. There was no "one" leader so there's no responsibility to take now. Sparta functions very loosely and everyone is a leader really.

But that's the point you are missing, people don't care about the game anymore. Just like majority of Mensa left the game, same is the issue with Sparta. The difference is, Sparta decided to collectively roll out and have some fun. It's less an alliance in-game and more a collection of friends. I was only a part of it for 1-2 months at maximum but the core members of Sparta, who I knew back from TEst, are sound, which is why I will defend them here. It most probably will still exist on paper, but even if it doesn't, it has nothing to do with this attack and everything to do with the sorry state of the game.

This shows your lack of foresight though if anything. Sparta never wanted to win really or play a huge political game/move. It was just about having some fun and enjoying along the way. They didn't care about their in-game pixels so 3000 infra or 300 infra made no difference. Most of the individuals in Sparta were going to rogue alone at some point in the near future anyway so it was better to do it collectively. Sparta leadership just did what the entire alliance wanted, a fun fight where we all have fun. They succeeded in their plan to have fun, and that is the ultimate victory.

I do remember the whole fiasco, just like how I remember how smart Alpha was too! Someone from tS may claim Sparta to not be the smartest alliance, sure, but not Alpha...

Always amusing to see someone from Alpha saying this. If you guys survived, so can Sparta as they are far smarter than you. Plus Sparta had the balls to actually do something instead of shouting nuke bloc nuke bloc and being absolutely and utterly useless.

Not that I'm a huge fan of the Orbis community, but the LPS episode is probably one of the least cancerous things that has happened in recent times. I think it's great. People called a wrong a wrong and there was backlash about a coward who hid in VM every war. Some people are getting emotional and politically correct now that he's quit, but damn, he was a coward who's ragequit now when things didn't go his way. Good riddance. It does make me sad though, but only because I won't be able to burn all that infra now. P.S Will we be adding $4 billion to CS's total losses or no?

Sorry LPS, you are a hypocrite. At one point you spoke of going to VM just to help out with rebuilding, and at another point, you quit because your ego got hurt when people pointed out your double standards. I'm pretty sure you had resources/(some) cash on you which you could have given to your alliance when you were out of VM to help rebuilding, but you didn't care. It just reaffirms all people said above, you only cared for yourself and couldn't stand to see yourself lose. Have a good life and I hope you reflect on this experience to improve yourself.

Can Cornerstone Government please confirm if they indeed ordered LPS not to fight and VM instead so it would help with their rebuilding afterwards? Either that or LPS is an infra-hugging liar.

He can write essays, fill out reports, find posts allegedly slandering him, save the world, win certificates, travel by train, but oh no, he can not take a minute out to fight. Honestly, if LPS wants to sue someone for destroying his reputation, he should sue himself.

Being fair to him, he thought it would be a curb-stomp, which it was. Even he did not expect to lose during that, and yet he did land himself as beiged and lost over $1 billion in a single beige. So I will have to disagree with you on that. He literally had to just fortify towards the end and wait out until the enemy had us wiped out(which it almost did). He failed to do that. Also, I would like to point out that CS had initially stated it would not join the conflict so while the first hit happened on GOB and whatnot, they weren't even included in that. Yet LPS still somehow managed to get beiged. Make your deductions gents.

Here's my two cents. The truth in my opinion is that no amount of statistics can actually give a proper indication of who's the best fighter on Orbis. The only possible thing to determine from the statistics perhaps is who has had the most experience fighting, and for the most part, winning those fights. Only an inference can be drawn from those statistics that it is likely that those who have a lot of experience will be more familiar and better with the war mechanics. Beyond that, it's really impossible to determine who the best fighter is. To whoever who said above that raiders main aim is to loot and doesn't care about kills is incorrect. While it may stand true for a large majority (especially in recent times), it's not always the case. For me at least, I enjoyed burning pixels a lot more than gathering loot! It was a different sort of fun destroying tanks when steel was valued at around 3k-4k PPU Finally, you don't need to have a lot of time in your hands in order to be a good fighter. Almost all the people I know on the top fighting list have a full time job/education, a good social life along with quite a few being married too with children. You just need to utilize your time effectively in the best possible manner and have a strategy in place to when you have to be online. In the age of smartphone, that really is no big deal.
