As they are former members of the Commonwealth of the King's Parliament, I am pleased to hear this announcement about our long lost children of Canstar. Thanks for being the parent that we weren't Cornerstone.

With great sorrow it is my duty to announce the disbandment of the King’s Parliament. I would like to personally thank all of the men and women that have made TKP possible for the last 216 days; from Labor Day of last year until now. Our reason for disbandment is simple; virtually all of our people, myself included, have far too many real life obligations right now to run an alliance. Despite disbandment, I think that TKP was an example of how an alliance can run smoothly while incorporating democratic principles and due process of law. Our Constitution and Parliamentary procedures were modeled upon those procedural rules that are most relevant in the UK’s House of Commons and the UN’s General Assembly. Those maxims of governance served us well. No law, no tax, no war ever occurred without the consent of our elected Parliamentarians. By the same token, our disbandment came about upon their request as well. Our Exchequer and most of our members will merge into t$. I ask that all of the alliances of Orbis welcome our members with open arms wherever you may find us. I have decided to adopt Li Long as my son in gratitude for his faithful service to me and to the Parliament as a founding father and diplomat of TKP. Li Long is now the Prince and Heir of TKP as well as being our Lord of Foreign Affairs. Also, due to an MP leaving his seat prematurely, a default by-election was held this week. As a result of the by-election, the Asgard Democratic Party only retains 50% of the Parliament, the lowest amount that they have held since our founding. On the other hand, the Parliamentary Front Party, formed from the former coalition of Independent MPs within the Parliament, has successfully acquired the other 50% of Parliamentary seats.
