If we have to see them all the time at least introduce some sort of quality control. Some of the ads I've seen are complete crap.

I really like the idea and random events. PnW is gonna beat the crap out of Cybernations.

To be honest I would make it so that it makes your soldiers fight better. The idea would be that you're unleashing packs of raptors to fight with your troops. Everyone(who isn't terribly boring) would probably want it then and I'd think it would be absolutely absurd and a 9000/10 idea. Barring that, you could make a simple "Genetics Laboratory" to boost soldiers....that's less absurd.

If I may make a small suggestion: Losing approval by having war declared on you doesn't make much sense in the grand scheme of things.... In most nations throughout history the citizens rally around their leaders when attacked, not the opposite as this somewhat implies. So, in my opinion, having war declared on you should increase your approval by a decent amount.
