I have no idea what's going on but I get to l get to kill stuff so it's cool.

I admit that I have not been a member of PW-NPO in many months, but based on what I saw when I was, I would say that the state of NPO says nothing about communism in this game. I'm not trying to bash them, but they were not being run particularly well while I was a member there. Organization and communication were very limited. They did not offer a whole lot of bang to go along with the buck that their members provided. Opportunities to contribute to the alliance in ways other than as a farm were few and far between, and the culture of the alliance itself was not one that really seemed to encourage it. Again, not bashing them, but my honest assessment is that they could have done much more with what they had.

I haven't seen any bandwagon declarations. Maybe that one guy. AFAIK everyone who has declared on tS's side has been expected.

DEIC could really stand to benefit from learning a little bit about how to be a graceful loser.

Is anyone really surprised? It's easy to pull in a shitload of nations and accept them into your alliance in-game. It's not so easy to effectively bring them into the fold and turn them into something useful beyond stat padding. Some people don't even seem to realize that there's a difference.
