The drag down mechanics has been on display in multiple wars- especially NPOLT, Grumpy eventually were all drug down. Though with current ground mechanics I think the process would have taken much longer and been a much bigger resource burn for NPO to achieve. Basically NPO would have needed triple the koreaboo slaves

Surprising and hilarious end to 2020

My alliance mates and I are having tons of fun. Hence why we are climbing the net damage rankings. While my slots get filled immediately, it means almost nothing - I have basically nothing to lose. Often times when folks attack me, they lose money on net. Meanwhile I’m ganking some infra whale, destroying 190M of infra with a single nuke. That never gets old.

I’m having a ton of fun nuking infra whales. I’m already up to over 1.6B net damage, definitely want to see how much higher I can go before the end of the war.

I like the effort-post. The multi-polar meta is already dead. In fact, it barely even started. Sad considering this is the second time we tried this as a community. At least the first go-around we could blame NPO. Multi-polarity takes strong community norms to sustain, and the norms we’ve seen so far are dogpiles. Bipolarity here we come.
