  1. The solution is to not increase the cost of military-resources. It's either to add a resource-sink (expensive new project) or to add a mechanic to actually encourage war. We're facing a problem where we are producing more resources per city than we used to because median infra per city is increasing and wars are infrequent.

  3. This is just a shoddy implementation of the score system. "Tiers" are a bad idea. I could come up with a few ways of potentially addressing the issue, but I suspect Sheepy is uninterested in development for this game at present.
  4. I think Rahl's irritated because soldiers can get killed quickly, leaving you with 10k tanks and no way to use them. Protip: Don't recruit your daily soldier cap, leave it at -200 so you can recruit more in a pinch if you have to.

  12. Sheepy -- what are your plans (if any) to address this? The war system is nonfunctional. Remember when you were mad that Arrgh's 15-city nations were using low infra build to declare on 10-city nations? I'm a 19-city nation declaring on 8-city nations. This is broken. Our side is winning a war despite a ~3:1 member disadvantage. Broken downdeclare mechanics are one of the reasons why.
  13. This forum's headline reads: "Reporting of bugs and exploits within the game." Let's talk about moving alliance banks to prevent beige-looting. Everyone does this. MENSA does it. Zodiac does it. Our sphere, their sphere. There's currently a mechanic to loot alliance banks when you win a war. Moving your alliance bank during a war to sidestep this mechanic is by definition an exploit. Sheepy - Either remove the alliance-looting mechanic, or make bank dodging against the rules. As it stands, it's a nuisance (and pretty dumb) to just offshore your alliance bank during a war, then move it back during peace. It defeats the purpose entirely. Also, this is not because my side's winning the war. By the time this is patched, the war will be over anyways so it doesn't matter.

  16. Just fyi, I'm 19 cities, and it will only cost me ~130M to rebuild completely after this war (from near zero). Perhaps your 200m minimum is too high.
