I have had this cap quite a lot of time on the test server because I am used to get nuked at least once a day and I keep my infra around 1300 to have some nations in my war range. I liked the 1% rule far more than the 3% rule because at least I had to rebuild infra. Indeed checking your nation page was needed after rebuilding infra. The same is needed when you want to find nations in your war range correctly after rebuilding or loosing troops and/or infra.

I had had several times two games in one home game. Someone told me he even got three games for one home game. I do not complain about this,because as baseball is very slow making new games some bonus is helping doing more games.

For food the limit in a nation store is 999,999.99 as for the others it is 99,999,99. For money the limit is much higher. In the alliance bank you can much store indeed more of steel and so than in a nation. I do not know the limit for the alliance bank, but it is that high that on a normal server it will not be reached I think.

Now it is time to quit. It was fun destroying some pixels. Have fun rebuilding them and prosper. o/

Guantanamo Bay is not belonging to USA, it is rented by USA from the dictator government of Cuba that lost a civil war many decades ago. Because of that they thought it was wise to host some prisoners there so the USA laws were not active for the prisoners. The current USA government is begging for foreign help to resolve that situation. They are lucky strong nations like Uruguay are helping them out a bit. i do not think any one in Mensa is thinking those prisoners are USA citizens. However that is only real life information. We best focus on the Orbis problems and logic here. When I try that I think you are a real joker Chickenguys. Thank you for your effort in trying to explain ours.
