To be fair, they had some inactives leading up to the war. Can't really fault them for that, just bad timing. Despite that, they still joined in the war to support their allies - which is admirable.

Then a alliance could just easily control it, which wouldn't be too terrible of an idea honestly ( That's how eRepublik worked with their media back in the day and it was a useful tool to further politics ).

Ah, gotcha. I didn't see the latter part of your statement, but there's been a lot of posts on these forums so they were probably buried and I missed them.

Even if you didn't honor the NAP, could you guys find many slots to fill up? There's no need to take a unnecessary hit to PR from breaking a NAP with warring against an alliance that's pretty much filled up already.

I can say that I didn't think UPN would jump in, not sure about our leadership - but I think it's safe to say you're right on that. It has definitely made me look at UPN differently now.
