It's the star you use for celestial navigation. It appears almost immobile in the night sky because it's located nearly on the line of the axis of Earth's rotation, so it's also called the North Star. 

Well, I don't believe the mods make the best choices all the time, I'm just pointing out how people who play P&W in general have such a degree of dislike for them, even when they do occasionally show some reason and validity behind their actions. 

Just reminded me of how my Amtrak bus arrived at the station 45 mins late and caused me to miss my transfer bus. Public transportation here is a joke. 

The first thing the forensic scientists will be asking is who's going to clean up your fecal matter first.
