  1. i forgot about this. i guess this is why raw prices have gone up so much? i still think there is a lack of total raw both overall and more importantly actively moved on the market. plus a huge glut of cash, credits quietly went up in 20% in base trade in value in November(?). we had the month with 1 credit for $270m, plus the pay to win Super Contributor 2023 which added an extra $159b the last 2 months of last year. all of that has combined to push raw prices and overall inflation very high. maybe when this actually is added and people make the purchases prices will cool down but im highly skeptical.
  2. #LetPerksDie whale here, c47 that is super expensive for 1 extra nuke per day in a drawn out war. i will just go to 30+ nukes on hand instead. the other project is more interesting to me if im reading it right. it gives you the chance to try and use a missile to destroy 2 targeted improvements? being able to have a chance to take out 2 military improvements in 1 shot seems like it could be valuable. the issue is the cost and the high odds of having the missile shot down. how about we make it something actually worth it and give a second roll if the missile/nuke is shot down. let it have a chance to do half infra damage and take out just 1 improvement if the second chance roll hits
  3. is extension adding time to a current treaty or a new treaty? also im glad to see my suggestion for adding a marker on trades posted by your alliance members is going to happen
  4. ok so i was mistaken but if this results in it becoming clearer for people then this was not a wasted topic.
  5. if that is the case then they should combine the listing in game so it shows up as a larger bounty. either way the current system is lacking
  6. add the ability to add to an existing bounty. right now there are people with multiple small bounties that are not at all worth trying to collect. im not sure if people dont get that you can only collect one of each type of bounty per war or what but those bounties will be collected due to wars that were going to happen anyways as opposed to being fought for the bounty. if people could add to existing bounties then over time the small bounties would add up to the point where its actually worth hitting someone just for the bounty.
  7. traits, tying in projects, aging, effect on score(NS)
  8. at least this is not just a straight rip off of CN like some other added features over the years
  9. wait is this yet another change where i will miss being eligible for things because i did all my serious fighting from before you guys bothered to keep stats?
  10. oh great, i have dreaded this since it was first announced. it was delayed for a long time but i see it is inevitable. i hate resources err perks.
  11. so this is already over and implemented? why such a rush? especially when you acknowledged that the poll options for the declare change were poorly thought out?
  12. did you just say nobody was rushing a change in the same post you said you implemented something in 5 minutes after having a poll about it that started less then a week ago? that is the very definition of rushed
  13. you should either take the part about the 2.5x out of this post or add in that there will be a change but that the exact amount has not been decided yet. if you have already decided on 2.5x then that is very much a subject of this post
  14. if it were up to me i would do another poll with no change 2x 2.25x 2.5x and maybe even another poll with less options after that
  15. oh i understand the reasoning thought its kind of pointless with the current inability to really rebuild and make a comeback in the top tiers. that said its kind of disingenuous to pick alliances that are in the tail end of a fairly long war and say they cant hit one of the top nations in the game who has not been involved in the war for your example. someone like Legion of Dawn would be a much fairer comparison as they have not been fighting and have a small number of nations that can hit me despite half military compared to my almost max military. also if the change was made to 2.75x the number would jump dramatically. oh and military is a massive score inflation to the point that you have to get to the 37th highest city count nation to find the #2 nation by score. even with cities back at 100 im not sure there a large enough % of a nations score.
  16. 231 nations can hit the current top nation. exactly how far of an up declare do we really want? you can get to that range with 33+ cities if you actually bother to have military and some infra. even the smallest % increase in the poll gets us very close to having 1000 nations that can hit them. at 250% it actually gets to where the nation with the most cities could hit them with 0 infra and 0 military just due to city and project score. 2.5x should be the largest increase i this poll not the smallest
  17. cant you also declare on nations up to x ranks higher or lower then you? voted no change and 15 cities. if someone can buy cities 11-15 and still have money to buy cities 16-20 right away then can buy hold up it costs 3 credits to reset the city timer? that seems excessive and had me change my vote to C20. i was thinking it was 1 credit and at cities 15-20 they could afford to buy credits on the market to speed things up but at triple the cost that is not reasonable
  18. Project Name: Aircraft Carrier Project Requirements: Advanced Engineering Corps, Center for Civil Engineering, Nuclear Research Facility (x cities, 20? 25? 30?) Project Cost: $250m(?), 100k(?) Steel, 25k(?) Aluminum, 40k(?) Uranium, (maybe 10k(?) Gas?/Ammo?) Project Effect: For every 5/10/15 (pick one) ships you have built you can build 1(?) additional plane. Notes: Aircraft Carriers obviously add more planes but they need a massive ship hence the really big steel cost and big aluminum cost. also to power such a large ship they use a mini nuclear reactor hence the big uranium cost. there also extremely expensive and complicated to build thus the high cost and associated projects. Most importantly they would only add a limited number of planes to a nations max plane cap and those planes would require the nation to build and keep ships in order to get the bonus planes. exact numbers are subject to change as i didnt do any math or anything hence all the question marks, not sure if they are to high/low. Goal: My idea here is a big up front money/steel/uranium sink that also encourages people to replace there ships during war and gives the option of paying upkeep on a bunch of ships in order to get a small bonus to max planes. ideally it will be just good enough for some large nations to want to use it without breaking the balance of war.
  19. 07/20 12:54 am - im317 built a new project: Bureau of Domestic Affairs Domestic Policy: You have already changed your domestic policy in the last 60 turns. You can change it again in 59 turns.
  20. question. is the no producing food including trying to get them to destroy existing farms? the whole thing is punitive as a partial rebuild would make the payment go faster as would letting them build new farms but destroying existing farms is some next level evil
  21. payment as soon as possible and no farming are in direct contradiction with each other.
  22. so right now if you change colors and are then sent to beige you can only leave beige by declaring a war if you are still inside the 60 turn color change restriction. this seems like an oversight and not intentional but i cant be sure since its something that almost never comes up. in short add something that lets you override the 60 turn wait to change colors if you are moving from beige to another color.
  23. some kind of highlight on the trade page for nations in your alliance. we have this for allied nations but not for our own members, why? come on Village, this should be a fairly easy add.
  24. oh come on, how does it screw us over. yeah we dont buy many cities but we can spread the infra for a new project out over more cities and better afford the project. yes we dont get the full value but unless its restricted to cities 26-30 we still get some benefit out of it. and were not the people the project is for, i assume its to help people catch up with us.
