Help I don't know how to delete them, am I not able to because I'm at war? Anyone who could explain this for me would be greatly appreciated

How do I delete it then? Sorry for the confusion, When I looked at my cities page there wasn't an option to delete the city, and a quick google search led me to this topic: it's my own fault, I really should have done more research lol.

I figured out how to get this to happen, all you have to do is go to your "Policies" page, and reload the page. I'm not sure if this works with other ratings, but I have a social scale of fascist and a economic scale of extreme right. Can anyone else do this too?

So when I logged in this morning I saw I had 2 new notifications, so I checked them, and it turns out that I got the "Don't Tread on Me" twice somehow. This had also happened once before, although that time I only got it once, so now I have 4 of the same achievement. Also if you look at my nation page I have three of the "Don't Tread on Me"s displayed.
