What is happening: the pie chart creates a bunch of objects, one for each sector, even if the sector is of size 0. (If it's of size 0, it still has a positive hitbox of a line or so.) When you mouseover the piechart, it takes the object of the topmost layer, i.e. the object created last. Since projects are the last category, when you mouseover that line, you hit the projects sector.
