On August 16th , the Teutonic Order and the 13th began military exercises. Beatrix Kiddo, Supreme Marschall of the Order’s Knights, called this “a powerful example of force integration.†Her counterpart in the 13th, Legate of War P Scipio Africanus, confirmed her words by adding: “We’ve shown it possible to expand each other’s capabilities today.†Victor Truchev and Jakeman4 stood by with binoculars in hand watching the exercise. “A momentous occasion!†Jakeman4 reacted when asked to comment. Victor Truchev was caught saying to his counterpart that the treaty signed in the wake of the exercises was a “landmark agreement,†and “helped guarantee a more prosperous future.†The Landmark Decision The 13th and the Teutonic Order come together today in a bond of friendship, dedicating themselves to the mutual advancement of their distinguished institutions. The parties are hereby known as the Signatories. Article I. Should one Signatory have information pertaining to the other, requested or unrequested, they are obligated to share any and all information they have. Article II. The Signatories agree to the furtherance of economic advancement through cooperation now and into the future. Article III. The Signatories agree to sustained peace between one another. Should there be a violation of the peace between the Signatories, it will be handled in a private, courteous and timely manner. Article IV. Should one Signatory come under attack by a third party, the other Signatory is encouraged though not obligated to provide support which includes but is not limited to Military, Financial, and Political support. This clause cannot be activated through a chained means. Article V. Should a Signatory wish to nullify this treaty, they must first notify the other Signatory by private and courteous means 72 hours beforehand. In the month of June, UNSC Pirate Crab forces came ashore suddenly and set up an occupation of the beach of Atlantis, Bulschevaria. The Bulschevarian Grand Army was swift to respond by establishing a series of raised defensive positions and trenches. It was unknown at the time their demands or their intentions. Diplomacy began as soon as intelligence could confirm the identify of the military forces occupying the beach: UNSC Pirates led by lostmike. He demanded food for his soldiers and resources to be sent to his people in his homeland. Diplomacy ceased and reopened a number of times. But this evening was a different story. Commander lostmike ordered his troops to engage Bulschevarian lines.

One month following the occupation of Atlantis, Bulschevaria's beaches by UNSC Pirate Crab military and establishing an occupation, violence erupts at 1736 hours after negotiations between Grand Kai Victor Truchev and Occupying Commander lostmike fail. With the 22nd and 35th Infantry Divisions on standby, supported by the 3rd Armoured Corps our soldiers were ready for the surprise attack carried out by UNSC Pirate Crab forces. By the end of the fighting at 2019 hours, the remainder of the UNSC Pirate Crab forces were split up and surrounded with their FOB (Forward Operating Base) in ruins. Terms of a cease fire were sent to Commander lostmike and accepted in a news conference held later that evening. Terms of that Cease Fire are as follows: Removal of UNSC Pirate Crab military forces from the sovereign territory of the State of Bulschevaria.At 2122 hours, the Cease Fire had been accepted by both parties. The immediate removal of UNSC Pirate Crab Military Forces are expected to be completed by 0600 hours on the 16th of July. Alpha Company, 5th Battalion, 22nd Infantry Division presses the advance! Estimated casualty figures have already reached 2,000+ Service Members MIA/KIA

Grand Kai Victor Truchev of Bulschevaria offers his condolences to the victims of a "misplaced and foolish" spy attack on the snek. He "wishes for peace" and is "pleased with a quick response" by the Rose Government.
