For the uninitiated, the PnW awards are a community event, hosted and run by members of the community to have a memory of the previous year. "Another boring holiday slumber," Over the last few days in Orbis there have been militarization from several Alliances over security issues and rumors. Through successful diplomacy, we have been able to reach a deescalation pact to allow all parties to demilitarize and ease minds. The agreement involves the following parties: Knights Templar, The Commonwealth, Camelot, and The Cypher. Through this pact, the prior mentioned parties are also included in the existing Non-Aggression Pact ending January 2nd, 2024 into January 3rd, 2024 that was previously signed with members of SAIL, Singularity and The Golden Horde as part of the peace agreement on the “Dodge This” conflict found here. The P&W community and loyalists deserve better from Administration. Give us progress, stability, and hope.

I think that any content is better than no content, to a degree. There just needs to be more in-game, these could even be NPC things, to allow us alternatives and reasons to log-in besides a bonus. Things like certain issues, perhaps, like NS - which could prompt policies and switch daily income. There’s plenty outside the box to think. On the other hand, there’s several players in the community - Roberts, myself, who have been very vocal about being willing to help assist with things like revamping Discord, doing moderation, which would free up your time and allow more “content” areas. You just need to utilize these resources no different than any other actual business or company. Create a pipeline and bench, take on willing members of this community who want to help and who want to see this last another 10 years, and continue refining the processes. Stagnation isn’t due to RL concerns, it’s due to not utilizing resources or bringing on people with a business mindset to maximize efficiency.
