Lead is mined with the lead mine improvement. If you do not see it available in your city's improvements, then you are not on the proper continent to mine lead. Aluminum is made with the aluminum refinery improvement (or whatever it's called), which converts lead to aluminum.

Logically speaking, comparing the revenue of ALL sports to that of the steel industry is inherently fallacious. To give a better picture, let's take a look at the United States (a single nation, like the ones in P&W): - Major League Baseball (MLB) generated about $11.6 billion in revenue. - The steel industry generated about $324.9 billion in output (about 26 times more than MLB). With that being said, I agree that the economic impact of sports in the real world is fairly significant. I'm not opposed to ideas like adding more sports or changing baseball into something more interesting, but to be blatantly honest I don't think those are ideas that Alex is interested in pursuing for Politics & War. Just my two cents on the matter.

This part of your formula is incorrect and that is why you are getting the wrong answer. It should be ((103 - Commerce)^2 + (Infrastructure * 100)) / 111111
