Hello. So I decided to change and edit my nation description into a Wikipedia style. How do I embed the .svg or .pdf file of the infobox I made on Canva? Any kind of help or assistance will be appreciated. Thank you very much.

If you need the backstory, I have tried to embed it on HTML format with everything on it. But nope, no matter how I tried it, the thing won't load. And I did try .webp, but the quality was crappy once I embedded it on the description.

National Affairs Briefing

Note: Before you assume that this will all be about the Gacha Community (as it is part of our law), read the entire briefing. Do also note that the events are only semi-fictional and semi-custom. For the monarch names, I have no intent to break your Lese-Majeste laws. And all the events are more based on real-life politics than Orbis.      June 30 is the affair of Gacha-related affairs. Hear me out. We realized while we were gone, the Gacha puppet states (namely the Gacha SSR, the Gacha People's Republic, and the Dominion of Gachaland) decided to do some Yugoslavia-style unification. The idea was proposed from the Dominion of Gachaland, and was accepted by a majority. So today, the Gacha People's Federative Republic is now declared and the Gacha Provisional Government is established. We have learned so much from kamexri's video this morning, we realized that the Gacha Community can't be saved. So instead, we decided to reform the Gacha Community in Cossackia. If we can reform the Gacha Community here in this country, then we won't be cringe.

     And as of July 11, we are also becoming rich by $250M, and basically our economy is doing well. No starvations means no rebellions. About food, we are sending students to Singapore to learn how to produce artificial meat and to Israel to learn how to make artificial milk. We watched too much videos from Animals Australia, so we are forced to rethink our meat and dairy supplies. We are now making laws to:

• abolish animal abuse, which means:
  • no more mulesing for sheep
  • no more tail removal for sheep and pigs
  • no more shredding for chicks
  • no more beak removal for chickens
  • no more horn removal for cows
  • no 'balls' removal for pigs
  • no teeth "trimming" for pigs
• give animals democracy, meaning:
  • that they can vote either to:
    • be slaughtered
    • be spared
    • etc. (such as more space, more food, yard time)
  • the results are
    • the majority gets what they want
    • the minority can abstain
  • the voting stations are feeds and a sign
  • the majority of animals that go there means the decision is accepted

     Cossackia still conducts airlifts in Naypyidaw, even though Myanmar democracy is old news. Cossackia will also send support to Japan, Korea, and Taiwan to defend from the Chinese invasion that is yet to come.

    Firstly, to start the topic, you might have noticed that our coat of arms changed. It's because we have ceded Lanao del Sur and Lanao Del Norte, the areas that make up the former Sultanate of Kalikh. This was to honor the Treaty of Zapaurelia, just after the Siege of Zapaurelia, the SAF 44 Incident of Cossackia, when our incompetence was realized.
    Secondly, ASEAN decided to put us at the observer states group. It's not good news. So, we asked them several times to put us back to being regular members, but they denied. They told us nothing just yet. But we still have to follow their rules though, that's plausible. They also told us that the observer status is temporary, at least that made us faithful to the Alliance.
    Thirdly, China is pointing out our weaknesses, we didn't ask for their opinion because we didn't even ask. The specific suspect is Hua Chunying, the person we despise the most including Xi Jinping. They pointed out that Cossackia is nothing but a "puppet of the United States." They continued "They are a weak nation. Why will a nation be led by a fourteen year old who doesn't even know politics. They're supporting the independence of Taiwan, and now they want to fight us? Cossackia will fall to their doom, they're making mistakes." And now with the power of the Liezelnja Doctrine, we temporarily embargoed mainland Chinese trade and we started seeking alternatives. Luckily, ASEAN came to help us out despite of what we mentioned earlier. Oh, and just now, ASEAN released a statement from their related Wikipedia, they cited to us the criteria for ASEAN membership. And they told us to remove the embargo from China, as it violated ASEAN Free Trade, so after we raised the embargo, China made their own embargo and threw it at us. Now they're the one in the wrong side.
    Fourthly, we are still too poor to make a new city, and I don't think our Monetary Net Income will give us much money. There are not enough nations to raid and our war range is way too far. So there's nothing we can do but to keep focusing on our self-reliance and development.

Cossackians, Bad News,

          We are in debt because we have bought so much food, that's why you see hundreds of marketplaces filled with food. We now have 18 million dollars and still not at war. We are now at the verge of anarchy, comrades. Please don't make more problems for us, it's only going to give us more suffering. And since this is 2021, just like 1921, we have economic downfalls in terms of monetary growth. We are no longer rich. So I ask you all to work harder, but not because to give us money but to give us a sense of nationalism and self-sufficiency. Again, we are running out of money and I'm afraid we might go deficit. But good for all of you, you won't starve for the entire year. We are all in this together, we'll get back up again.

Cossackia and East Asia

    People of Cossackia, every day China is feeding us lies with their orators. They claim that China "didn't do anything wrong". We are all aware that China became the imperialists they resist to be as. We are all aware that China stole the lands of our Filipino motherland. We are all aware that a small coalition of weaker members in the South China Sea can't match the Chinese Navy any longer.

    Taiwan is getting recognition from its recent ally the United States. However, China is still feeding its own people and our own lies, to begin with as always. Their loyalist speakers can deny everything, but we Cossackians won't stand for this. We even have applied Glasnost and Perestroika way early so that we don't need to be a thorn in the side of Asia.

    However, everyone wants peace and not war. So for now, we will realign (economically, not militarily) to China. Why? Because of these reasons:
    1. They are more powerful than us, therefore have more resources.
    2. They may be powerful, but still can be contained. In simple terms: if they boss us around, we do too.
    3. We will enforce the Liezelnja Doctrine, the doctrine written by our beloved Premier at his time of stay in Liezelnja. It goes like this:

• Trade will resume if Cossackia didn't declare an embargo.
• Trade will still resume if Cossackia didn't declare an embargo and if a country embargoes us.
• Trade will also still resume if Cossackia still trades despite a country declaring an embargo.
• And trade will only stop if Cossackia accepts the embargo. We may search for alternatives to trade.

In other words, we still like you economically. But if you hate us yet we didn't hate you, we will resume our commerce no matter what. We will stop if we want to, there's nothing you can do about it.

    About the Japanese Fukushima incident, Tritium water, and such, we are proposing to buy Tritium-treated water to purify it and make it useful. We are gathering knowledge from one of our neighbors which is Singapore because they are more advanced than all other nations; at least in their own way.

    Then we propose to make a pact that will try to contain the (military) influence of China. In other words, we are going to resurrect SEATO, the South East Asian Treaty Organization, and base the new headquarters in Karlagrad-Karlinagrad, therefore making Cossackia the new leading nation of SEATO.

Currently Discussed and Impossible Topics in Cossackia

Citizens of Cossackia, we are developing and advancing as a sovereign nation. However, we are also lagged in terms of a few humanitarian matters and such. Here is the list of topics being processed by the Politburo Rada.

The Politburo Rada is the legislative law-making body of Cossackia. It is comprised of 120 seats. It is divided into half in groups of 60, the other half will be boys while the other half will be girls.

• Animesexualism: A topic that will have no solution or compromise. The LGBTQ+ Community warns us not to make them legal as it is an insult to their community. So we decided to just kill it, we don't want to talk about it anymore because it's a waste of time. If you didn't know, Animesexualism is about sexualizing an anime character. In the Gacha Community, there is this person saying stuff about Animesexualism, or even bragged about being one.
   
• Online Dating: In terms of Online Security, Online Dating is something to be frowned upon by the public. However, some people get to know each other, but it's quite hard to know if our citizens are dating their age or being catfished by a pedophile. This so far is the most complicated topic as everyone wants to love and attention, emotionally speaking. Most Online Daters are young, especially in Cossackia now that they play ROBLOX. People even complain to us about other players, especially foreigners even from our allied nations, spying on them and even posting it to the internet. We are still not sure if we should legalize Online Dating and then trying to detect whether it's someone their age or a pedophile. The main issue blocking progress is recognizing who's a pedophile and who's not. We know consenting for children is taboo, but we can't stop their freedom of using the media. It's a clear violation because it makes us authoritarian, we are in a democratic autocracy after all.
   
• Monetary System: We now have the Philippine Peso and the Cossackian Ruble, but we are not sure which to use. The legislature proposed that we should use both the Peso and the Ruble. Everyone is in favor of using both currencies as official.
   
• Foreign Affairs: Our goals are to defend the Gacha Community, to clean off modern fascism and imperialism, and to be a world power, not a superpower because it is overrated. We are currently helping Europe guard its borders away from Russian influence. We are currently letting other weak nations use our islands as a safe zone from Chinese naval bullies. We are also establishing our front in the Middle East.
   
• Myanmar: Right now, Myanmar is in a state of chaos. We made our plans to crush the Tatmadaw and the military junta, but the only problem is when do we strike? We are currently sending supplies to the democratic front, but it seems that the Burmese people will be slaughtered despite our efforts to fund them.
   
• China: China is becoming more of a world bully now, from Asia to even America, they are flexing their muscles towards our Motherland, the Philippines. We promised to defend them in the time of need, but how? China has the largest military now, even larger than the United States. Luckily, China can't deploy all at once because of their ships. But that's not enough to find an exploit to China's overall advantages to make our own.
   
• Russia: Russia is kind of passive nowadays, but I doubt that their "doing-nothing" won't work. They are making plans to invade Europe just because of Europe being united by the EU and NATO.
   
• Iran: Iran is becoming more passive among the three nations we despise and envy. They have nuclear weapons and they have the military, which includes the Quds Force, Hezbollah, and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, to overrun the liberal Arabic nations, including the non-Muslim but Jewish and now friendly Israel. We are making plans for liberation to the Arabic realms, but then again how?

• Abortion is being discussed right now. However there are a few incidents recorded while Abortion is being instated. Like this one in Karlagrad-Karlinagrad.
  • Geraldina Trinidadska, a Filipino, aged 17, and was a scandal in the internet by bragging about her having "intercourse", complained that her child had "defects" to Karlagrad National Hospital. Her so-called "husband", Josef Mikadulan, agreed to his "wife". She was denied, so she filed a lawsuit against the medical institution. The Supreme Court of Cossackia ruled that no one is guilty, nor innocent, because no one is sure if Abortion is legal or illegal. However Geraldina and Josef was jailed for charges of assisted rape, the law for the legalization of "intercourse" is not even existent yet.
     
• Animesexualism will be legal as making it illegal will only ignite rebellion and unrest. However trying to be considered as an Animesexual is illegal, but being a Fictophiliac will be fine otherwise.
   
• Goods are being sent to Myanmar to support the democratic front. However goods might be stolen by the Tatmadaw, so the Cossackian Special Forces are deployed in all airlifts. The Naypyidaw Airlifts have begun, and the first delivery is successful and flawless.
   
• In response to the proposal on joining the UN Peacekeeping force, the UN allowed Cossackia to be a member of the World Health Organization and UN Peacekeeping Force. Vaccination Program is in effect to some citizens with COVID-19.
   
• Cossackia is now part of NATO, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, making it the only Asian member in the alliance. Cossackia is now in charge, with support of the strongest members of NATO, of the Eastern Front along with Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, and Turkey, making up the forefront facing Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, and Transnistria. Not to mention that almost the entire Balkans are aware and on guard of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Caucuses will also be defended mainly by Turkey.
   
• Speaking of COVID-19, Cossackia practices social distancing and face-cover are mandatory. But it seems there are not much cases for now, so everyone was free to do their daily life just like Taiwan.
   
• China trespassed the Cossackian Spratlys, Chinese Coast Guard was met by a united force of naval ships from Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Cossackia. Even Japan and South Korea volunteered to mediate the dispute, as of now South Korea and Japan are allowed to have their bases in the Cossackian Spratlys, it's part of the Second Treaty of Karlagrad which I forgot to mention. The signatures are from Moon Jae In and Yoshihide Suga. Naval conflict didn't occur. Islands are now occupied by weaker members of the Spratlys and the South China Sea.

Dear King Suyash Adhikari,

We appreciate your response on your people's behalf. We would like to establish an embassy with you and we can cooperate like my allies. On the topic of gender, we are fully aware that it's not only men and women we give equality to, we also give it to the LGBTQ+ Community. We give them equal rights to representation and service in the Politburo Rada. Premier Karla Soyokov recognizes the LGBTQ+ community as a valid gender, but not animesexual as it is an insult. We do understand the topic of abortion, but still we see it as a murder as it ends a child's life prematurely. But hey, we can soon grow up to live off it as we go.

We now also understand what embargoes are, and we are aware of not exchanging goods with the Myanmar military junta. We are also aware of contradictory airlifts to Naypyidaw and other Burmese cities in the forefront to restoration of democracy. And Myanmar is not the only imperialist in our view, it's also China (because of Hong Kong, Xinjiang, Taiwan, Tibet, Inner Mongolia, and other minorities with issues related to the CCP), Russia (because they screwed up Ukraine by taking Donetsk, Lugansk, and Crimea; they are also responsible for supporting authoritarian groups from Belarus to Venezuela and that now they took Nagorno-Karabakh from Armenia.), and Iran. (because they are disrupting peace in the Arabic World and now that they are beefing up with nuclear missiles.)

• Southeast of the Spratlys are now under Cossackia, the Philippines, Taiwan, and many others. The First Treaty of Karlagrad and the Taipei Accords are now in effect. China will have to cede 1/10th of their claims (which doesn't affect their status anyway, laughing out loud), Cossackian island groups will become an international area for the weakest members in the area which is Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, and Taiwan (Unrecognized. But Cossackia is a UN member state, a condition assured by the United States, the Philippines, South Korea, Japan, ASEAN, EU, and NATO by the time Cossackia became independent.) This was finalized with The Second Treaty of Karlagrad, when Tsai Ing Wen (Taiwan), Rodrigo Duterte (Philippines), Maha Vajiralongkorn (Thailand), Halimah Yakob (Singapore), Nguyễn Phú Trọng (Vietnam), Hassanal Bolkiah (Brunei), Joko Widodo (Indonesia), Muhyiddin Yassin (Malaysia), Premier Karla Soyokov, and Prime Minister Karlina Soyokova sign the treaty together. Frankfully, Xi Jinping (China) did sign the treaty too as to not start World War Three and because now Cossackia is trying to get on its way to the World Stage. However, Vladimir Putin (Russia) and Hassan Rouhani (Iran) didn't sign the agreement as they're not related to the South China Sea issues. Premier Karla Soyokov urged them to sign the treaty because Russia, Iran, and China are primary rivals, and he's trying to pacify them so their gains won't be at the expense of other nations, groups, and people.

• All official documents shall have no English slang abbreviations. For example, 'lol.' It will be typed as 'laughing out loud' to express humor. You can see it on the statement on the Spratlys. But slang abbreviations will be permitted if it's a quote. Most of it is from the internet.
   
• Abortion is now strictly limited. While abortion may be good for women's rights, it's not suitable enough for human rights as abortion is seen as a legalized medical murder of children. So therefore, abortion will be permitted in limited and urgent circumstances. There will be fines only as giving them imprisonment for abortion is also a violation of human law in Cossackia.
   
• Cossackia condemns the actions of the Tatmadaw. Plans to go to a proxy war with Myanmar will happen soon to help the democratic civilian front.
   
• Cossackia imposes boycotts and embargoes at Myanmar, so that the violence will not be fueled with more goods. The goods will be distributed via airlifts (with helicopters) instead, marked on civilian camps. Thus, similar to the Berlin Airlift, is named as the Naypyidaw Airlifts.
   
• Cossackia proposes to join the UN Department of Peace Operations and the United Nations Peacekeeping Project. They have no intent to overrun Chinese influences because, yes, peace. "They are there to peacekeep, not to contest. We are fully aware of China, but we don't have to nag to them about it. It's better if we set our differences aside." said Karlina Soyokova on the UN Podium in New York.
