There are a couple of options. Though, I'm fairly sure it would end up being a multi polar body that regulate, and pre-approve, wars to be fun and avoid ugly no fun wars. It would have to get the trust of Orbis at large so god knows how you would manage that, and it would have to be big enough to threaten a dogpile to anyone not willing to play ball so god knows if it's even possible. A man can dream though. A man can dream, as silly as it might seem.

I find war to be best when sanctioned, none of this knuckle brawling slug fest stuff. It's ugly and hurts everyone. I understand, and yet, I hope.

Hopefully, we'll never have to see another global war again.

I yearn for peace. Hopefully we get it.
