Hi my suggestion is for alliance leader/heirs to be able to design and give up to 3 different awards to their members. When you leave an alliance the awards are taken away from your nation.

what if you made land have a debuff to rss/food production if they were ground attacked in the last idk 60 turns or something like that?

@Joe Nobody I'm just interested why do you want to join an alliance that doesn't need discord? cuz it is very easy to get started on it and to use it and most people are very understanding if you don't know how to use discord

could be done but it could get REALLY annoying if some newbies with 3 cities build to 2k infra and go full manu/as much pollution as possible and this one nation could ruin the game for thousands of people

this might already be a thing (wouldn't know I'm not the leader of an alliance) but it would enable nations that are officer,heir or leader to see a nations resources. If there are more in game roles to come this should be an option to enable

i would suggest making the stadium size max like 150 and getting 25% more money from games

well as you said mines with fortification would be OP cause if your attacked by someone who only has soldiers (like arrgh) usually does you can just buy up soldiers and then lay a shit ton of mines and fortify and they wouldn't be able to do anything

there should be a limit on how many nukes you would be able to buy for example 1 per day (it would get reset at DC) would probably work

if a nation is funded to 5 cities then what would the point of the signing bonuses alliances give be? it would make them useless.

this could be useful and you could assign a part/all of your forces to the safeguarding of a shipment which would protect the shipment but make the nation itself less protected.

people could just leave the alliance declare war and then join back. It wouldn't work
