As men watched the door to the quarters with eager anticipation the sea was churning. The skies finally letting up from the torrential pour of the previous day. The deck of the H.M.S. Tiger Lily was scattered with splintered masts, broken barrels and shattered cannon tracks. The men that could not stand used these as makeshift hammocks and stretchers as they all waited underneath the grey skies. The buckles on the Royal Marines glinted softly, their epaulettes giving off a smart hint of gold to their blue uniforms. The rakatan barbarians challenging the buckles with their shining golden teeth, their clothes giving off a smart hint of rum and gunpowder to the salt air. Just then the door to the quarters opened. Out came several officers and lieutenants. Captain Korra Sato then emerged from the room with Captain Titan Jazza behind them. Together they went to the Signaler, their boats were called and they left. The door opened sharply again, as the men's eyes swiveled, and out came Predor Speedy. He took three strides from the door and turned around, his arms crossed. The men craned their necks to see around to see Captain Boom reach the doorway, gesture with his hand and nod to the hidden figures in the room. Predor Crunch then appeared, his clothes tattered and missing a few pistols from his holsters, he grinned allowing the cigar in his mouth to smolder. Commander Alan then came from behind him, his face was pale with the look of death. Speedy and Crunch rowed off to there ships. The men awaited for the predors to return to the ship. Flag battered, mass torn to shreds. Signs of a hard fought battle. Predor Speedy climbed aboard the ship, a look of optimism was on his face. Then Predor Crunch appeared. Both looked as if they had grown 100 years in age. Crunch proclaimed "The war is over, may the seas be shared and the rum plenty!" The men chanted the Rakatan tune. Speedy knew work was to be done. "Fix the mass and raise the sails, there is loot to plunder, and enemies to be made!". As the skies started to clear, the rakatan sailed off into the horizon. The sun was setting, Speedy and Crunch took one look back, in the distance they could see captain Alan waving them a heartfelt goodbye. The two predors nodded, sailed off to the seas. A new journey to be had. Tldr: Black Skies and Rakatan Infinite Empire agree to peace terms.

Hence forth Soviet Cereal man Declared a few more wars to pay the 50 million in a better way. As such Alan hit RIE. It seems Alan can't handle pirates, the ego hit is to much. As a RIE/TIE tradition we gladly welcome the dogpile. Tldr: RIE/TIE declares war on Black Skies

I dont think it has anything to do with that. I see why yall are hitting rose. As payback for some shady moves during gw16. But HM alone already had the best high tier in the game to take any bloc, not to mention TKR bloc is more than enough capable on thier own. The problem is over the last month everyone has been cheering for more blocs, more political freedom and fluidity in the game. Hell every episode of morf radio there was talks about it. But now with essentially quack 1.5 being made, it directly goes against what everyone has been saying they want (even some tkr bloc gov). Not to mention oasis has been working towards more political fluidity since gw16. I hate to say it. But signing hm was kinda weak. If yall are really that good, than why do you need them. Why not make wars more interesting. Why not make the political side of the game more engaging But instead we are stuck with another shit war with hollywood ganging up on rose and oasis ganging up on HM. Its utter shit. I prefer more blocs, more balance of power. It keeps things interesting. But ig another shit throwing contest it shall be.
