Can officers assign heirs though?

The highest member should have being automatically given leadership of the AA by default in the event no one is in a power position. If people have power positions such as heir or officer they should get it instead.

I'm not going to say it is your fault because it really isn't, sure the dude probably shouldn't have being made heir. But the fact he can manipulate being an heir to do extreme stuff such as a complete takeover is ridiculous, I always had doubt about how much control was actually put into alliance management. An heir should not be able to take over an alliance, makes me wonder what officers can do now.

Forums should have 3 verbal warnings and then 5 or more actual warnings and the verbal warnings expire themselves. This forum is quite strict in comparison.

I ask because I have yet to receive any even for minor rule breaks, warning points are given instead. If they're not then they should be.

I was #1 in stable? I'm too busy to care to be honest. I recommend you avoid the rankings, if you took notice of me being #1 then you have an unhealthy obsession with rankings

I haven't bought a game for 60 euros for at least 4 years or more, I also think twice as well so I never bought a game thinking just once. You definition of "whining" is very bizarre, someone vocally making their opinion known to keep the game balanced in all sense of the word is now called "whining". I'm not saying you can't have donation options, but it is pretty clear it will be major boost at this critical stage of nation growth. I might just donate in order to get ahead of other players, I don't usually donate to anything I do or use so that says a lot in my book.

It's only being 17 days so far, if you really want to keep it more balanced than introducing it when September rolls around then you wouldn't introduce it for another 14 days. Getting a boost of 10 days or more worth of income sounds like a pay to win situation given how far ahead it will put them. And which people accepted this donation scheme? I want to slap them players.

1 million puts you ahead of everyone else by about 10 days, more so when you take into account the quick growth experienced. I'm of the opinion there should be no donation for cash until the start of October. Any sooner and well the top rankings will only consist of those who donated.

The alliance was changing it's name back in June or so and people preferred the English translation since no one was dutch, that we know of. I'm not sure you can change the name of an existing alliance so this was the first logical opportunity to do so. I wanted a name change, I will probably change it again if I find a better name.
