What happened (describe thoroughly please): opponents were able to attack me, several minutes before i could buy (7 minutes past update at this time and still unable to buy)

Like a sane person, have all update activities queued and not allowed until all meet a ready check
Please provide a refund of resources and troops lost due to this bug
Please reset war statuses that were placed due to this bug creating an unfair advantage(ground war)
Update: 11 minutes past update military buy finally reset, 9 minutes after attacks were conducted .
