Give your members good reasons to stay and not leave your alliance if you want them to not be poached? If people truly want to leave your alliance. If someone tries to poach them and they actually want to be in the alliance, they'll most likely just stay, if they already wanted to leave it just gives them an extra option when they do leave. :shrug:
