100% Commerce isn't effective at 1.2k infra, look at commerce when you have like 2k+ infra. It seems your alliance is at 555X atm, probably follow that but you are only a c8 so max soldiers and aircraft should suffice, maybe a ship or 2 if you need them too ig.
