the reason it fail:
1) the production of the Bauxite is not equal or bigger than consumption.
2) The current Bauxite stockpile has not reach the minimum amount of consumption.
3) If none above the reason is happened, then it is a bugs.
daily output of Bauxite -daily required consumption= 60- 220.32/3= -13.44
so it is very likely your stockpile doesn't reach the required amount for production.
its all round up as 2000 no matter you get 1000.01-1999.99. I consume 2.4 uranium at infra 1200
so I think the 0.96 of the resources are going to be wasted.
