When has anyone in orbis attempted such treachery let alone the fact that Tenages wanted to do it TWICE. I'm sure others have been privy to the story of Tenages saying to Pre "Rose next?" The day of the Marionette War and Pre basically saying a meaner version of what we've all said here. I want one of VEs peace conditions to be that Tenages has to remain in power. I'm taking a brief break giving out loans because there are things in the game that could change (mechanics wise) that would drastically increase the value of cash and drastically decrease the value of credits. I expect that to be resolved by Monday of the week after next (so two mondays away) at which point you can expect service to resume. But until then I'm just not sure what the money is worth so I can't come up with a rate for it. Rates could be radically different when service resumes, either higher or lower, in either case the interest rates on deposits will also have to be adjusted. Thanks for your patience.

I like how you've asked other alliances to put OFF gag orders on their members when you've got this guy. How ironic. And I posted because a lot of his premise was wrong and him accidentally admitting that Mensa doesn't know how to use data scrapers that they may or may not have was pretty hilarious. And then you agreed to not do anything to us for three whole months. You guys can jump for joy over UPN giving you reps. When you originally wanted us to pay them we said !@#$ no. And we didn't want you to get them from UPN either, but we owed UPN a good faith attempt to not war you so we couldn't say no if they wanted to give you reps. BoC spied you with impunity for damages, according to you, equaling 40 mil. For fifteen days. We were public about it. We brazenly asked people if they wanted to jump on board, most of whom said yes and many of whom paid for their own ops. Everyone on Orbis knew it was us from like day four or five. We were not shy. We teased you in our public channel with spy puns. You didn't spy us back. You laid there and took it even though you had valid targets. And then you accepted reps equal to half the damages you claimed from an alliance that didn't do the spying. You didn't even try to get the reps from US. You didn't try to punish BoC in any way. And you didn't even recoup the damages you claimed we caused which, by my calculations, we're underestimated (some of your members maybe didn't report all their casualties) and didn't even account for the time that spies take to build up. So keep talking about how ready you were and how you wanted payback. Your negotiations didn't show that. You wanted it to end and you wanted to avoid war and you just happened to have 20 mil fall in your laps. Then you had a member who posted a thread that amounted to whining and admitting that you guys are incapable of even the most perfunctory attempts of finding out who is spying you. I added this edit after you posted. Basically. Neither BoC nor Mensa benefits from this. But Mensa seems to have a compulsive need to have the last word.

Diplomatic reasons. We started because of our allies and stopped because of our allies. We had way more missiles than you and outnumbered your top tier greatly and infrastructure there is most expensive. By curbs topping your 5 or 6 top tier we would do roughly the same damage you could do if our entire middle and lower tiers stood there and just let you whale on them, which they would not. We would be firing missiles at infra that is expensive. You'd be throwing air raids at infra that is cheap. It would have been a wash expense wise at worst and if our middle and lower tiers did any damage at all, which they would, it would be more costly to you. That's if we went to war against you by ourselves and nobody were planning to help us. What I'm wondering is why you posted this thread? It was over and done with. It doesn't bother me. It just astonishes me that with fifteen days of spying AND a data scraper you can't figure out what alliance is spying you. Now everyone knows that they can spy you constantly and there's only a 1% chance Mensa will find out. Incredible. You realize that DEIC doesn't have a data scraper and after four days they were able to figure out a SINGLE nation that was spying one of theirs. You only had to find out which alliance when about a dozen ops were coming from that alliance each day for fifteen days. Even without a data scraper that's like hitting the broad side of a barn. With a data scraper you have no excuse.

No no no. What I'm saying is that had you even GLANCED at BoC's spy numbers each day, it would have been !@#$ing obvious it was us. And didn't you guys say you had a data scraper for spies? So which is it: Does Mensa lie about having data scrapers or are they too incompetent to use them?

Mensa will not engage in war against BoC or UST or their current allies/protectorates (Paradoxia/DEIC/UPN/TLF) for three months. BoC and UST will not engage in war against Mensa for three months. Mensa agrees not to raid UST, BoC, TLF, or Paradoxia for the three month duration. BoC and UST agree to continue not raiding Mensa for the three month duration. Mensa, UST, and BoC agree not to engage in spy operations against any of the parties.
