I can confirm that Prefontaine bullied tS into attacking Alpha this war. Prefontaine also bullied me into tangling with Steve in the first war. I didn't mean it Steve. I was all Pre. I miss you.10 points

If you send in a request, the GPA could lend you a plane free of charge. All you have to do is fill out a ten-page questionnaire, send it to Central Processing, wait for the directorate to review it, if it passes wait for the Triumvirate to review it, then it will go back to the directorate for further review, and finally you will receive another questionnaire which must be filled out. Then, boom. Your own personal plane, however, you'll have to wait for a specialized GPA pilot to also be approved by the directorate, and then fill out yet another questionnaire which will go over further review. If you pass the review, then you and your pilot can go where you need to be. However, prior to going to any location, one must fill out a simple three-page questionnaire pertaining to your location, flight path, flight speed, and so forth. Once this is finished and passes review, then you'll finally be on your way. Of course, when you reach your destination, you'll be required to fill out one final two-page questionnaire pertaining to your flight experience!7 points

You're implying that DEIC declaring on tS and BK would have caused UPN and BoC to not fight. That is so not true.6 points

About one casualty? Totally correct. That poor unlucky man lost his life after he tripped over his shoelaces and into a hole. He died after a few minutes - he broke his neck. That's been our only casualty so far though.4 points

Back when I was neutral, I was always being asked what neutrality was it seems. People always formed their own opinions of neutrality, and often times it differed from my definition of neutrality. Hell, we couldn't even get the neutrals to agree on the definition of neutrality. But I always felt that other people were trying to put parameters around the GPA deciding what they could and couldn't do - when they were in fact a sovereign alliance, who had the right to choose to play how they saw fit. Of course, how GPA chose to run their alliance could (and did) result in them getting rolled, but ultimately, it was up to them to decide what neutrality actually was for them. So what I'm saying is, I respect that you've decided to play how you want to play, and have been true to that. I don't need to tell you not to let other people dictate to you what paperless is to you. There's no doubt that you're laying it all on the line by not going the traditional route. It seems VE is still trying to figure out where they want to take their paperless route, and maybe this post will help them put some things into perspective. Good read.3 points

This doesnt do harm to the game at all. TFP contributes nothing. TEst does, this keeps our membership active untill the next fun thing rolls around, thus its good for the game. You'r logic is flawed. But ill explain the situation to you if you want, When we go out and hunt we always try to offer some sort of deal as soon as their units are blown up and the fun is gone, Infra grinding are for midtier alliances. GPA took the flag, Pantheon got beige and a 2. round on Ace too shorten his lead over therest of the world alittle and so forth. Now, TFP got the same offer, a flag. However, they repeatedly disrespected our representatives and acted in a childish and frankly unbearable manner. Thats the reason we are sticking with the demands. If they had acted difrently we would have too. The current sitiation is not on us. It rests entirely on Cromwell and his successors failure to communicate in a civilized manner. Now feel free to keep calling us evil and bad winners and what not. We dont really care about that.3 points

More rewards for mass conflict is usually better, but you'd have to prevent gaming the system. AKA everyone choosing a single side to gain the benefits. Maybe both sides gain some sort of benefit, while the losing side gets less, but rewards are averaged over a side to discourage bandwagoning (i.e. the same rewards get distributed over the entirety of the side, so each individual nation gets less on the more popular side). I would suggest a colonization or exploration event, instead of a conflict-oriented one. Maybe a new continent on Orbis is discovered and alliances/nations can contribute resources to exploration efforts for bonuses. However, bonuses are determined by AA total divided by number of AA nations to increase the bonus to smaller but more cohesive AAs. Or maybe a technology oriented one, where two different technology standards are put up for material support, much like HDDVD and Blue-Ray or AC vs. DC current. Both of those would encourage resource competition without direct warfare, which is much more like the "Cold Wars" or "trade wars" that happen in the real world. That's not to say actual wars wouldn't erupt over them to reduce the resources of the other side, but warfare would only be one dimension of the conflict (which could include trade collusion and large-AA bank transfers to smaller-average-score AAs on their side). Edit: I want to add that resource competition (rather than military competition) would allow neutral AAs to get involved without ruining their neutrality. They aren't actually attacking anybody. Just contributing resources to a common goal, which may require negotiations with other AAs. This encourages them to engage with the community, even if they don't engage in warfare.3 points

' The Governor: "Those heads were from men I've killed in war. I took them as a reminder to always try the peaceful route, but also to remind me that peace can't always be achieved. That in war, it's kill or die. I made myself look at them... prepare me for the horrors of the world." ' Note: Profanity within spoiler.3 points
