Major props to the Rose coalition and specifically Rose for putting up a good fight, staying active, and performing multiple counter blitzes one of which came after we blundered badly in our beige cycling. Instead of doing nothing with the beige, you rebuilt and had a really good counter blitz. Most alliances wouldn’t have even bothered rebuilding and attempted the counter blitz so it’s important to recognize it when it happens. Appreciate you guys for keeping the war both fun and stressful at times. It was a war well fought. Shoutout to TI as well for really bouncing back strong and putting on a good performance this war. GG everyone on both sides it was fun.

In other words, "not to deride a peace agreement but I'm going to deride the peace agreement and take a dump on it, congrats." 🙄 We appreciate your concern. It's been a while since you were part of a properly executed war plan, or hell, even won a war. So I'll forgive you for being naive as to what happens next. But people who don't have a death wish don't keep fighting needlessly for months on end. That's been tried. It hurts the game more than helps it.

Signed: the alliance which hasn’t fought since October 2024 and has no NAPs…. To be a bit more serious, take a look at the alliances on Rose’s side which fought over 50% of the last 12-months. And take a look at the collective alliances that fought in this war, which is something to applaud for the amount of activity and engagement. 4-months of an NAP sounds excessive when it’s not your side that has been grinding through all that.

The Aegis Order was part of the war? I just learned something new.

Not to deride a peace agreement but referencing the posting here, you guys fought for exactly 30 days and signed into a Non-Aggression pact for four months. Locking up 1/4th of the [active] game into a NAP for a third of the year from less-than-a-month of fighting is cowardly and frankly plays more into Rose's hands than the alleged victor's. I know people rarely care, especially gov who are ditching the game anyway, but it's sad to see careless peace deals like these. NAPs set the stage for stagnant politics by removing potential coalitions or partnerships within specific windows, it takes the dynamism out of the game and creates an environment where your incentive to fight a war is not in an interesting CB but rather in the end result of guaranteed safe growth for X months. Here's the kicker though: Safely growing in perpetuity is killing this game, the same way the lack of updates coming from the dev team are. Congrats on an interesting war bookended by a poorly-thought peace deal.
