It was another beautiful morning in the Barony of Eibhear, and Penumbra Banking Corporation's president, ChrisNorcras, had just unlocked the doors and was getting ready to settle back into his comfortable leather chair to begin the business of the day. Suddenly, the air was split with the sound of sirens and the metal security doors slammed closed. A slightly panicked teller ran into the room, skidding to a stop before the president's beautiful wooden desk. "Sir, the bank is under attack! Several nations claiming to be from the Hand of Fate have surrounded us and..." Before he could finish the first shell hit the bank and the building trembled. ChrisNorcras reached into his desk drawer, pulling out and slipping into a pistol shoulder rig. He waved the teller out of the office before calmly picking up the phone on his desk. "Activate the navy... Prepare the defenses." He paused for a moment before adding, "And add these clowns and their alliance to the blacklist." Not long after, the attackers made their demands. They were there for loot and for the fun of it. Unfortunately for the poor, misguided children, there was no loot to be had. The vaults had already been emptied out in preparation of the coming storm. ChrisNorcras stood before one of the evacuation tunnels out of the bank and muttered, "One does not walk into the shadows and return unscathed..." With those final words, he left, sealing the vault-style door behind him. - ChrisNorcras Penumbra Banking Corporation, President tl;dr: Penumbra Banking Corporation recognizes hostilities with The Hand of Fate and declares the individual nations and alliances blacklisted from doing business with the bank in the future.

There is a big difference between an alliance choosing to "split up" and being forced to split up. If you dont see the difference, you are either trolling or truly have no clue what you are talking about. Ill tell you right now, if we ever get into a war, and we beat you, I will push for aurora to leave green since all you are doing is dragging down our bonus, or allow you to keep only your c30 and above members, and the rest have to split off. Then see how you feel about it. I have said it once, ill say it 1000 times, terms are never a big deal until someone else forces them on you.

All 5 leaders agreed to help each other from the start, help each other when in debt even if they had nothing to spare. Convinced merging would help them even more they started negotiating merging into one massive group where they could benefit even more into their members. Dark and Stormy On a scratch pad Dusty was writing out the newest and the third RoH of the month… It was a dark stormy night inside the chicken restau… interrupting his writing, Kosta yells "No more damn chicken theme stuff, you're in The Federation now!” Dusty grumbles but concedes ripping the page off and tossing it into the star wars themed trash can. Nodding, Dusty thought of where to begin about the tale to recognize the hostilities with the Hand of Fate machine that randomly and aggressively had appeared in the 3rd bathroom in the 2nd kitchen on the floor in-between 2 and 3(floor 2.8). The machine was just a basic Zoltar, Hand of Fate machine, but the t had smeared into a d like shape. Dusty began to write…. It was a dark and stormy Sunday when it made its appearance, no warning, no time to prepare for the obtrusion it had created, as the hallway it had appeared in made the tight hallway even tighter… with all the new family and extended family. The machine, while insignificant, did nothing but hinder the daily activities of the mansion. It didn't even have good fortunes, it just had some weekly shows. To further show how annoying this Box was, whenever Shohan walks down the hallway the box shoots cards at him. The whole house breaking down over this annoying little Zoltar Hand of Fate gimmick. Eventually everyone decided it was time to drag it out and throw it back into orbis. The Federation recognizes hostiles for the third time, with whoever it is this time. I don't generally reply to allies or indirect allies regarding these subject matters however you caught my attention for your lack of overall understanding of how these processes work. 1. Firstly we lost mate, we were going to have to make some concessions in the end 2. I personally fought for yall very hard on this subject matter until we reached a middle ground. At the end of the day alliances and spheres have to measure the worth of staying at war vs the peace terms on hand, so once we found a soultion that worked for the majority of your alliance and clock, it was taken. In fact these negotiations took up the better part of a whole week, so effectively the entire sphere was fighting on your behalf for a entire week. Stomping your feet is just disrespectful to not only your alliance but every member of Br who argued and fought for you during this time 3. Lastly, the economic benefit from the gain if the color bloc will allow GATO to grow faster and recover. The rules for getting members back to the main AA are very simple and fair. While I understand it's not exactly convenient or preferred, it is the term your alliance overwhelmingly agreed to

Not to drag up old news, but they were given numerous chances from myself and Partisan to stay on green so long as they helped Syndi do purges, as per an existing agreement, and they failed to follow through on their end. All it would've taken is them hitting green nations on none/small micros that dragged the score down to be able to stay, and they refused. I even gave them another chance during the war to agree to it before I added that to the terms.

Yeah, coming from the guy that's mad that his signature isn't on the peace treaty; it's definitely true and accurate. GATO is democratic. I'm going to take a wild leap of faith and say that he was against the vote. Majority rules in a democracy, but it sucks in basically every other way possible.

Making sitting harder could turn out to be a big whale buff, making it harder or impossible to harpoon and keep those threats down, if they are guaranteed a rebuild. I think it could be worth considering other ways to help the losing side that don't detract from that goal by widening the tiering advantage. Alternatives: Buffing missiles / nukes (e.g. have the damage scale with cities, so they don't become increasingly irrelevant at higher city counts) Changing blockade mechanics so that there are more options to avoid running out of funds Allow utter failures to inflict at least some damage to infra
