The West, the fallen half of the Empire which had stood more than a thousand years, was beyond the horizon and yet felt so close. So within reach. Italy, Africa, Hispania, Gaul, and even far-flung Britannia had all fallen to the barbarian hordes and a lack of true leadership. Would he be able to reclaim them? Releasing this so that ppl can shut up and stop arguing about who tiers in what and which alliances count for what and is an alliance a part of a coalition or not 🙃 Lemme give a quick rundown of how to work with this before I post a link: Step 1: Make a copy. Feel free to make another or copy-paste values whenever the sheet is updated. Tab 1: Lists all active (logged on in past 30 days, includes VM) nations sorted by score. I update this manually cuz I'm lazy lol Tab 2: Lists all alliances in the top 100. Ordering of the list is also manually updated. I have a manual preset of affiliation rn that you can go off of. There's a dropdown menu for what coalition each alliance is affiliated with that you can change (colored yellow): Tab 3: Lists all coalitions with their aggregated sums. Should be straightforward enough to sort this list. Every tier is colored according to which has the most and least members tiered in that range. Tab 4: You can aggregate coalitions together here in order to simulate tiering in a global war. Enter "A" or "B" in the yellow cells. Here's a garbage random example: Tab 5: Same thing as tab 3 but with everyone C1-10 removed. Tab 6: Same thing as tab 4 but with everyone C1-10 removed. Tab 7: City-by-city comparison of all alliances. Tab 8: City-by-city comparison of all coalitions. There's a pretty graph at the bottom where you can compare two. Hi my suggestion is for alliance leader/heirs to be able to design and give up to 3 different awards to their members. When you leave an alliance the awards are taken away from your nation.

Chain of events: I raid CU. I sue CU for peace, and mention I have an infinite nuke build. They (a micro) completely ignore the raid. I spend a week or so nuking them, tell them, pay up 100 million, but I'd prefer to blow up 1 billion anyways to prove the viability of the infinite nuke build. I get ignored. I end up nuking members out of their alliance and forcing them to merge, all the while they bullshit and come up with lies. One of the peace conditions is that the merged alliance would have to pay up the 100 million for ignoring my negotiation request. Then I get more lies from the new alliance leader. Or, in other words, medium alliances bully small alliances, small alliances bully micros, and micros bully raiders. I guess I've infinite nuked for 30 days, I'll probably be stuck doing it for a few months at least. This is being posted to show what conversing with Toutatis is like. Choice gem: Oh, this is deleted logs, where Toutatis claims that he plays hardball witH Tyrion / Rose. But of course, there's nothing there, so...
