This exactly. This is the kind of balance thing that everyone has a vested interest in. I don't think we should get a say since the community will be divided based on what benefits them. Which is dumb, I think. People should be voting for what benefits the whole game. But I know that's an unrealistic expectation.

Creating 3 nations while you're waiting for your ban to expire for creating multiple nations isn't a very good strategy. I've banned your new multis. Wait for your ban (now bans) to expire, and then create ONE nation.

A simple "hide embargoed offers" toggle would be great, actually. That would pretty easily solve phoenyx's problem without inhibiting people's ability to do dumb stuff for the memes.

Akuryo and Changeup are only that high because Alex removed the feature that was downvotes removing upvotes... now that he has removed that option, shills like those guys get their upvotes increased, while the downvotes they get do nothing... In other words, there are three ways to get upvotes... The first is to post DoE's. So long as the alliance isn't a complete waste of space, and is tied to a major-ish alliance, you'll get upvoted by most members of the sphere you're apart of. The second way is to post quality memes under every major topic for a while. A good meme may get 5-10 upvotes, and the highest I've gotten from one is like 31 upvotes... The third way is to post propaganda and tell your sphere about your posting of the propaganda. Even if everyone on the enemy side downvotes it, the current system only counts the upvotes, so screw your enemies... Be ruthless, and remember, no matter what you do, you will never catch up to Prefonteen or Prefontaine. The pre's are better and are our Gods. Worship them to gain their blessing, and with their blessing, may you be successful.

Yeah running an alliance, that's generally super helpful, look at Ad, she has over 3k on less than 900 posts. The other thing you can do is just post a TON, and eventually you can work your way up. Also mine has slowly grown over playing for what is it? 6-7 years now?

naw gotta be 30 50% is 1/2 missiles get blocked I'd want that to be 1/3 or 33% So a fair value is 30-35%

Would avoid seeing this: Alternatively, if we could render certain players invisible, basically like embargoing someone, just making them invisible instead, would also work, though would basically mean a lot of people have to do that in order to avoid seeing the offers of 1 or 2 people.

People do this sort of thing to try and get people to post lower bids, or to drive the average price down. I honestly don't mind it, but I can see how some people could. If this thread gets some heavy traction I'll look at adding it to the QoL list for the next update.

No mil= no raids = no pirating. And pirates have no commerce so perma-blockades + zero mil = no money. So it appears we can stop you from achieving your goals. Your whole alliance has 4 nukes left and almost no money to make more. The part of the war where Arrgh can fight back is coming to a close. You can pretend these are regular counters but they're not.

Yes I don't want dogpilers to be given even more incentive to dogpile because they know their infra is safe. As Isjaki said somewhere stats don't mean anything wars are fought for different reasons with different goals in mind rather than stats.

1. Yes this is true, Nokia was indeed the target of several OOC attacks that ruined his reputation 2. He never deserved it nor the hate associated with it 3. Nokia you’re retired go home. You’re inability to work on recovering your reputation and instead ruin it more with situations such as constant retirements and constant returning to the game. Inability to control yourself in game and in the forums and constant fighting with people who point out your issues. And you’re inability to handle FA properly are all issues that are ruining your reputation. As someone who is your friend I can’t stand next to you if this is how you’re gonna be. I need to see improvement and actually effort in terms of bringing yourself back up. You can start by taking a big break from the game. Then move on from there. tl;dr - Nokia didn’t deserve the OOC attacks from 2019 but people have the right to be unhappy with the shit he does now. (This is the rare moment you will see a Wall of text from me)

Hey, I don't mind people being stupid or sarcastic over it. I am new to using the forum and having an alliance of my own so if the unwritten rule is to post treaties that are "important" no worries. I learned not to post NAPs here. Makes no difference to me. To those who sincerely wished our two alliances well and don't mind I thank you. To those who are truly annoyed I used the forum for its intended purpose to my knowledge, I apologize and I'll be sure to not post NAPs here again.

Hi, I would just like to say firstly I am sorry for said picture. I would instantly remove it had I been notified or warned or even given the chance. the last thing I would want to do is offend anyone and if I have I sincerly unreservedly apologise, i have had time to read the rules again, whilst I have been banned, and in the custom content section it does not list anything about graphic content. It says I should not post long images or images that may trigger epilepsy. For which you would get a strike. I've played the game for 2 years or nearly 2 years with no issue before now. Once again I am sorry im not trying to argue with anyone if I've missed something I would like to be able to set that right

I saw the image in question, which I won't link for obvious reasons, but I'll assume the people in question have shared it or it's still on the nation. A reverse image search will turn up a story related to a Nigerian murder. The details of the body are quite graphic, and on first sight, I assumed it was real. However, a discussion with some other friends unrelated to accused brought up that it was "obviously fake", given that a headless body should have either blood on the clothes or be in a pool of blood. I think this one is a little too close to call, but I would say that real or not, it was an honest mistake by the accused, who could mistake it as "obviously fake", and not be doing it out of malice. There appears to be no rule against morbid themes either.
