  2. Definition of ellipsis: The omission of one or more words that are obviously understood but that must be supplied to make a construction grammatically complete A sudden leap from one topic to another Marks or a mark (such as … ) indicating an omission (as of words) or a pause The alliance formed between a legion, a void, and an organization The ellipsis (or the dot-dot-dot) is the most flexible punctuation in the English language. Have you ever needed to quote someone, but they have too many useless things to say in the middle? Don’t know how to respond to someone’s dumb suggestions on the forums? Ever just been speechless and didn’t know what to type? [...] This is what makes the ellipsis so great! (Not as good as the ampersand of course…) In order to spread knowledge of Ellipsis to the masses (and proper punctuation in general, God knows Orbis needs it…) The Void Touched, Unforgiven Legion, and the Global Alliance and Treaty Organization hereby enter into this treaty of mutual defense and optional aggression, to be referred to as The Ellipsis Accords. The first order of this ellipsis is to annihilate the Amarr Empire, who currently seeks to remove one of the three dots that makes us up. In the name of the Unforgiven Legion, The Void Touched, the Global Alliance and Treaty Organization, we declare the newly-founded Ellipsis to be in a state of war with Amarr Empire. TL;DR Ellipsis micro-bloc announced & declares war on Amarr Empire

  3. First off, fricking @ me if you're gonna bring me up lmfao Even with my activity at minimums to collect the fricking daily bonus, I'll always live in your heads It's not my fricking fault your friends over at Camelot: @Epi @Azazel @King Arthur @Aero and whoever the frick are able to be shook by some random reroll that didn't even fricking participate in the last fricking wars There are years and years of history on these forums with my fricking username on it showing that a gag order can't stop me from making a fool of you guys LMFAO

  4. I can see you billowing limply in the wind. It's you. For the reasons I can only presume you deliberately straw-manned out of the quote. We knew a coalition was being built against us. We knew an attack was coming. We pre-empted it. That's why the war started when it did instead of mid November. It's also why half of your coalition has no CB.

  11. If if if If my gandma had wheels she would be a bike 9 months ago a world war ended, 250 days of dogpile justified as "hegemony who needs to be stopped", and prior to that there was already a 3 month dogpile for the same reason, now we are back at the hegemony needs to be stopped by a collective dogpile Now, in peace time I just make silly forum posts but many other people put a lot of effort in this game and thanks to them TKR doubled the players and tripled the score, t$ did the same and our other allies too, many players left the alliance to create their own alliances who are now allied to us or protectorates who work hard to be future MDP allies, now Quack is bigger that what it was without having to add ties On the other side we have some good alliances that do the same and some lazy asses who use peace time as break time because why working hard so much when you can jump on the bandwagon and dogpile the ®evil hegemony™? So if you are a hard working alliance and your sphere is losing ground compared to the others you have lazy asses with you, don't support them when they decide to take the easy way And if you are part of the lazy asses git gud or disband but don't blame the others because you're weak

  12. Hello. Given all the rhetoric about Quack's size and Swamp's supposed long-running perception of Quack as a threat, i'd like to open discussions on misconceptions that may exist between our respective alliances. I'd like to start this dialogue by requesting clarification on the following: Quack has been of the impression that Swamp felt threatened by TCW and Rose/HM, respectively. Though t$ has long maintained its stance of scepticism towards Rose/HM, and had open dialogue with both parties regarding said scepticism, dialogue between t$ and Swamp on Swamp's fear of t$ has remained limited. How does Swamp's longstanding fear for TCW and Rose, as evidenced by its multi-month campaign to get The $yndicate to hit Rose prior to and during your dogpile on TCW tie into what was perceived as a cordial relationship, and has our unwillingness to attack Rose during that period impacted your perception of quack as a threat? I look forward to your reply. Kind Regards, Partisan, on behalf of The Board of Directors of The $yndicate

  13. He's talking about something that happened nearly 2 years ago now. Because this man who is rambling and ranting on the forums has not even played this game for almost that long.

  14. Legit made an account to ask why you're so obsessed with me Vander? 🤔 But you wanted to meet us on the battlefield? Just needed to get our accord sorted first. You know, using our awful FA skills.

  15. You got *offended* when i asked one of you how long they have been playing the game. Then waited weeks for us to get attacked so you can win. Now a one man blitz. Nice job all around. On another note Hi cinn. How long have you been in this game? I see all the weebs are simping for the same girl. Kinda makes sense. Probably the first time a girl has talked to you.

  16. VT has also declared some wars. Unfortunately most of Amarr already got rolled but more attacks will be coming from Ellipsis (UL, VT, GATO) once Amarr's members get out of beige

  25. You're a good dude. I enjoyed our working together those months ago when things seemed extremely dire and were crazy and out of hand. But lets get things straight. I wasn't the biggest fan of how you initiated that conversation as if you had no idea what happened. Furthermore, that episode was recorded and you're able to go back and listen to it and you will hear that I did not voice opposition or say that Quack is 'waaaaaaaaaaaay to large and scary' as you put it. I simply inquired why not a single person in the game seemed to care that Quack had rapidly grown to surpassing the size of the next 2 sphere's combined and that even if all three combined against Quack it would be a toss up. That's literally what I said. You can go back and listen to it. Further more, I told you flat out in our conversation that I found Quack's size concerning and you pled ignorance to how large quack had grown when I pointed it out. It sure didn't feel like you were being forthcoming or were trying to play some game with me to keep from saying too much one way or the other. That's how those things go. But Partisan decided to whine to Tyrion about it instead of, asking me personally why I said those things, which was another interesting development in my opinion. Furthermore, earlier in this thread I pointed out how you guys did literally nothing to combat the narrative that had begun forming about Quack that quite literally everyone was aware of and as far as I'm concerned, Parti's response amounts to a 'we didn't want to put the effort in for that so we just accepted things how they are'. That's a punt. Finally, in regards to tCW. We fought them, then we allied with them. Those things happen, quite often if I'm not mistaken. It's no secret that Swamp lacks adequate nations where it really counts. Y'all hype the nation count while conveniently ignoring how many of our nations are not in a range relevant to the rest of the game. There were concerns aplenty but we decided to give it a go. tCW is not Swamp proper. But an attack on tCW is an attack on & and an attack on & is an attack on Swamp. We don't have non-chaining clauses, we just do as we do. You guys asked us to let you hit tCW. We said no. You did it anyway. They frankly didn't have to be Swamp for it to matter. You hit an & ally 2 hours after asking our permission to do so and being denied. There keeps being talk about the relationship between Quack and Swamp prior to this, clearly it didn't mean much if you guys decided after we said 'don't attack our ally' to attack our ally. What did you really expect to happen no matter what might have happened previously?

  28. Look at the hegemony actions here, tS reaching out to the other largest sphere in the game trying to solidify their power base and become untouchable. Looks like our fears are well realized. Doesn't even bother reaching out to us or Rose, just Swamp, because why have a bloc of 1000 nations when you can have one of 2000 nations. I am on to you snake.

  30. Can you please not declare on me? There's already a Syndicate attacking me (and a TKR). If you want to boast the damages your sphere did they have already given me 2 nukes, 2 more coming and taken like 4k infra so it's unnecessary to fight me more compared to find another inflated infra nation, plus I have 0.00 money to raid and want to be able to rebuild which won't threaten you because I never have and never will declare on anyone. I just build myself. It breaks my heart. I've not declared on one person and I don't care about any spheres agenda, even if I'm in an enemy AA. I've had this nation over a year and this might not stop you from attacking since nobody else has been swayed as I repeat it but in the past three days I've been nuked twice, lost 2k infra, you are the fourth declaration and I declared on nobody, I've built myself over this last year to watch it fall in a week when I did nothing. Right now my mood is really chill but I kinda switch in a seconds notice and when that happens the rage I feel if these declarations is infinite.

  32. You really think this would have the effect of "smaller alliances having a chance to survive"? That alone tells me you haven't given it enough thought.

  34. Wait, you guys seriously think we made our bloc just to take you guys on? How self-absorbed are you? UL alone could've taken you all on, especially with how much SWAMP is beating your sorry asses, let alone all three of us Ellipsis has been in the works for months now, you guys pretty much just made us announce it in a more awkward environment. That's it.

  40. Also guys remember, syndicate never, ever, made publicly threatening remarks to TCW, Rose or Camelot, and never did it allow a (currently chained and gagged) mouthpiece to do it for them. You imagined that, it was a dream. Nor did any of their allies ever commit blatant hostile acts of espionage, seen only as not such by... Ah yes, the most powerful individual sphere they were hiding behind. Nor have they ever made claim to a CB on a target they blitzed which didn't show even circumstantial evidence, let alone at least be bothered trying to fake it so we know they tried in the end. And don't forget, syndicate never attempted to narrow this conflict down to 350 vs 1000, because the Syndicate never engages in dogpiles. Indeed, syndicate would never stooop so low. It merely engaged in strategic allocation of immensely superior resources, which is entirely different, and totally doesn't conflate with the public hostility and threats or acts of literal war committed by itself or it's allies. Always remember, they were never a sore loser when their own game exploded in their face, no, you were just lying, caniving, secret hegemons who made it all up just to piss in the pipes that deliver their showers. Also screw daylight savings that shit is dumb, I'm going to bed.

  41. There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to shitposter. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call... Sphinx’s leaks. Suspended in time and space for a moment, your introduction to Mr. Sphinx, who lives in a very private world of darkness. A universe whose dimensions are the size, thickness, length of a DM. Keeping in mind we are not surprised by what we see (is anyone?). Because this is a world of repeated mistakes and broken schemes. This is the Twilight Zone, and the world is about to enter it.
