Hey yall, Dropping in to say goodbye. Guess I am really sentimental oops. It really has been 4 years since I created this nation O_o. Time has flew by and this community has watched me grow throughout high school. I am really thankful for yall for dealing with my shenanigans and helping me be better at life. Some special shout outs, would be longer if I didn't have to go soon :c ESD/WeyYu: First, @Mad Max @Harbinger and @Tali, thanks for the time at ESD. I know we have not talked much recently but yall brought me into PnW. This is really sad but the voice chats w yall where I would just sit there on mute were some of the happier moments that year haha. So thank you :)) Dealing with me during the dumbest period of my life must been a lot GoG: @Seeker I don't know if you will ever read this but I am grateful that you had so much trust in me to not just run IA, but to retheme and rename your entire alliance after it fell apart from a coup and a war. I know I disappointed you towards the end of my term with school and the other stuff :c hope you can forgive me. The entire GoG (I will unVM myself and beat you up if I hear GotG) community has been super supportive and amazing. Always giving me a place I can call home and do stupid stuff in. Folks at Arrgh, TKR, KT, and CoTL (wow I ghosted a lot) that let me be apart of yall for wars, thank you. It has been a pleasure meeting everyone from around the world. Don't stop being awesome and stabbing people 😆 The sea will always have a special place in my heart. Yall have been an amazing gang to write code for and yell DIE DIE DIE with (a little disappointed we never got to blitz together :(() I hope I can still pop by now and then to finish the projects (😉 Carthagowned coming to you in 2020, and yes I am gna keep updating that even in VM). I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to spend my final few months with. Keep thriving, I expect to see you in the #1 spot when I check back in in a few years. I love it when people need to sign a paper to agree that they may or may not defend/attack with others. It's like when you are getting married but not getting married.

Currently, bounties are not delivered if the nation that completes a bounty is under blockade. This effectively nullifies the usefulness of bounty as a mechanic, since people who are likely to bounty hunt (raiders) often find themselves under blockade. Thus, I propose that nations completing bounties should get the money anyway (regardless of whether they are under blockade or not).

Well, the reason that blockades block bounties was implemented because otherwise bounties become a way to circumvent blockades, at least in terms of cash. You're 100% right though: fulfilling the bounty contract and then just being denied the money entirely is stupid and does indeed make bounties nigh uncollectable outside of a major, and expensive, war scenario. Thus, to address both of these things at once, bounties should really be put into a phantom escrow account that automatically deposits all bounty earnings into the bounty hunters' nation as soon as they're out of blockade. Win/win

I'd do bounties if they got put into a limbo that was delivered once blockade was over. There's no sense collecting a bounty as a raider as I'm always under blockade.

Small tweak that I think would provide better balance to missiles. Basically the iron dome can block 50% of missiles and (I believe) planes doing airstrikes can blow up comparable amounts of infra so I think 8 MAPs makes missiles too expensive. My thought personally has always been: If I'm using missiles, I might as well wait til 12 MAPs for a nuke. If I'm not using missiles, I'm probably winning. The only thing that can be said is that missiles are fairly cheap. Anyways. Missile cost 8 MAPs -> 6 MAPs is my suggestion. This way you get two potential missiles a day. Giving an actual purpose to the +1 build limit the space project gives you as well.

Yikes. Reading is pretty hard. Reason = Missiles are tools used when losing, shouldn’t be literally as MAP —>efficient <— as uncontested planes especially when there’s no way to stop it if someone has a brain. This is my reason, not when I commented that only pirates would really benefit from this a majority amount of the time beiging with current missiles are valid and fine as well, I would’ve done it many times if I had MLP when I was a pirate. But holy shit being able to beige from 36 at even 0 mil? Literally if you drop under 36% you can be insta beiged by someone with 0 mil? You are right about me not liking people who are losing a war getting this amount extra resistance damage in that is hard to counter. Incase you didn’t know usually when you are losing you don’t get luxurious options. Y’know the whole idea that you are losing means you are at a disadvantage and won’t likely win the war Imo I do not think missiles main role is not to do resistance damage and win you wars but instead a way for the losers side to use MAPs to continue doing damage where they can and if the opponent is incompetent they could win. So my suggestion to buff them was why not make them the improvement destroying tools of the game, rn missiles/nukes only destroy 1/2 improvs respectively and I don’t think increasing that is a bad change, could increase infra dmg etc. if you want to be able to double missile at 6map per I think the res dmg should be lowered to 13/14.

To clarify this a bit, my protectorate, Alan started raiding Horde. Horde had no strong allies, and its the micro world. Anyways, Alan attacked them, gave them a ransom of 50M, and then this quickly spiraled into false pedophile claims. There is absolutely no evidence, the screenshot is fake. After a short 2 week conflict between the alliances that compose tCW sphere, and the combined alliances of Hedge and Swamp. We have agreed to the following terms for peace between our Spheres, which will take effect starting at update tonight. 1) tCW sphere formally surrenders to Hedge and Swamp Spheres. 2) All existing wars will end to conclusion, (peace will be granted if both warring nations agree), no new wars to be declared after peace officially takes effect at next server update (aka 2 hours). New wars declared after peace is declared, will be worked out amicably between alliances. 3) 3 month nap between Hedge/Swamp, and TCW sphere, which includes all protectorates less MicroPock.
