Splitting mine into, -Alliances that will almost certainly perform well next war no matter what, regardless of whether they'll be on the winning side or losing side; -Alliances that have the potential to perform well, but either haven't proven it before yet (or recently), or will be subject strongly to the performance of their leadership, or might have a significant drop off in effort if they're not on the winning side (or some combination of all 3); -Alliances that might do okay/average-ish on the winning side but will almost certainly collapse if they're on the losing side; -Alliances that I expect will probably put in a poor effort no matter what. EDIT: I've no idea why ASM and Arrgh are in here when there's 3 other top 20 alliances that could've been in here instead, but I'll put Eclipse at A, TLE at B and WTF at C.

Preamble We the undersigned parties, united by our mutual PTSD from such endeavors and our good taste in memes, henceforth establish Nexus, to bring peace, freedom, justice and security to our new Bloc. Article 1: Friends who bank together, stay together. Failure to do so shall be discussed at the earliest opportunity. Article 3: Do. Or do not. There is no try. Section 1: Mutual Defense and Optional Aggression An attack upon any Member of the bloc shall be regarded as an attack upon us all. Joint and coordinated offensives, be it political, military or covert action may be taken by any of the signatories as they so choose, Nexus shoots first. Article 4: Initiation into the Dark Side Bloc The addition of a new alliance to Nexus is dependent upon unanimous agreement of all signatories. Expulsion from Nexus is also dependent upon unanimous agreement of all parties, save for the signatory under judgement. Article 5: Serious Pledges All member parties hereby agree to the following pledges, which are cornerstone to the Bloc and are valid effective immediately: Daveth is legally not allowed to have migraines, of any sort. House Stark is an independent kingdom within Westeros, and has no affiliation with the Six Kingdoms whatsoever. Seen as Zygon is a turd, the signatories recognize that Zygon is the ruler of House Stark in name only. Sval is the most Maleficent, Mendacious and Malicious of us all, being solely to blame as the mastermind of our misdeeds and those of OWR. Carthago has the best tea and Krampus-made biscuits in the known world, the likes of which Rome deeply envies and desires. Should any of the signatories be found wishing to absolve itself of its duties to Nexus, pledge allegiance to the Republic and serve democracy or seek out some other nonsense like the return of the Sith, they may do so in writing to other signatories, whereupon a period of 72h of final notice shall then follow, after which all obligations to the bloc shall be regarded as fulfilled and void. Hey @Havel Yeah you been scammed, it not something that is against the game rules, atleast not in the way it have been done against you. You do however still have few approaches you can take when this happens. You can contract a gov member from the scammers alliance. I know that we in Arrgh, have rather harsh penalties for members that break their word when it comes to deals. As it can make it harder for other members to make deals in the future. I am quite sure many alliance wouldn't be to happy with the pr. hit either. Like let ask one: @Lord Tyrion What your opinion on this kind of behavior? Other option, if you run into this problem in the future would be to find an alliance, join their discord, join said alliance. And then go to request help form your alliance gov.

Nice name for a bloc

Yea I get what you mean now. Raiding active players is fun but contrary to what some may think, I don't enjoy mercilessly hitting newbs who want peace. If it's a counter or a gov member/ experienced player then I don't care but if if it's a newer player who has no interest in fighting, I usually cave in and peace if they ask for it.

Zygon couldn't handle all Seven Kingdoms so he had to go make his dollar tree version. But congrats to the signatories, hopefully you guys can help HS find some new jokes

^ 100% Truth Ridiculous. Assume you are talking about yourself? Real raiders are motivated by profit not oppressing people - there is zero interest in permarolling anyone; ironically the sort of behaviour you describe is far more likely to be carried out by those in conventional AAs.

The problem alex, is that its clear as day some of the recent changes are not really motiated by the game's "best interests". Rather (and im referring to your random removal of beige and subsequent scramble to make prefontaine develop an overcomplicated, flawed system which will cost many man hours only to turn out defective). You chose to remove beige because you had trouble outlining the rules and could not be arsed to consistently moderate the grey area surrounding the mechanic. Funnily enough, it was a strategic layer which has now been effectively removed from the game. Reinstate it, and improve (delegate if you dont want to do it yourself) the rules and application of said rules surrounding the feature. That'd be an infinitely better improvement to the game than the crap that's being cocked up by your little focus group. Have a snickers.

Seems like a popular suggestion, and I think you're right that maybe war ranges got tightened too much. I'm a fan of leaving cities at 100 score, but otherwise I have no personal issue with the changes you proposed increasing the military unit scores. I'm going to bring this to the Dev Team's attention now for some feedback from them.
