As Hell rains on Pantheon's non existent high-tier (thanks Dryad and Vein), Pantheon has decided they want to tango with the low-tier Golems of Mythic. Just for clarity, since I have been asked what the MAP is about: There exists no treaty or any type of secret friendship agreement between Mythic and The Blitzers. Nevertheless, enjoy hitting Pantheon with us ?

There is no treaty between Mythic and Arrgh and there is certainly no treaty between Mythic and KT. What Arrgh has given Mythic is a recognition. For clarity, both of them are not expected to help out in this. This is more a shitpost by Aether (who is not gov) than an official announcement, but yes we have a conflict with Pantheon ongoing.

Normally staff does not ban over what occurs in DMs, there is ofc the occasional exception and SS23 is well with in his right as an admin to make one. Now that circumstance would normally make me at least more willing to sign off on an unban. But that is subject to your previous conduct, so lets take a look at that. Then there is the not small matter of your initial appeal method being to 'hire' people to spam the mods; Which by the way you haven't seemed to have paid them yet, which is rather mean of you given they risk being banned too. There is about 60 such records between manual warns and automod. So looking at the above, why exactly should you be unbanned? Oh btw you don't get to choose who the appeal goes to. You have to convince all of the mods.

KT never agreed to any NAPs. We left Coalition A over a month before NPO's leaders were banned and the war started to cool of. I don't know why you and every other shit-stain micro seems to think we're under some kind of NAP.

I am torn. This is a situation that absolutely could have, should have, been avoided in its entirety. But it wasn't, and here we are. Alex, it's true that you laid some stiff penalties on NPO. But that didn't force them to disband. They did that to themselves. Same for BK. If NPO lacked enough leadership to suffer the loss of a single person, that is NPO's problem, not yours or anyone else's. If BK lacked the maturity to accept this with grace and integrity, that too is their problem, not yours or anyone else's. I appreciate that you are trying to cater to your players with this decision, that you likely feel a bit of guilt in what has happened. But you shouldn't. I believe that, if anything, your verdict against NPO was too light. And I believe that everything that followed it was a dramatic overreaction from people who can't handle that they might not, despite their best efforts (and best cheating), win. To reiterate: you did not force them to dissolve. That was their choice. I do not say this lightly. Many of you know that I was a banker - until extremely recently, in fact. It has been less than a week since I formally turned over my latest bank (which did also get shafted by BK, and I hear that you have given the same half-refund to it, so I'm not calling favoritism on this) to someone else. I am torn precisely because I recognize that as a banker I would appreciate the gesture. But I'm not sure it's good for the game as a whole. Maybe it's the old man in me talking, but I rather think that bankers should simply live with their losses as best they can. Such is life. Such is banking. I will admit to being a bit disappointed that you offered the deal to Emerald without making the deal public, or offering it to anyone else, rather making them go to you and persuade you. THAT stinks of arbitrary favoritism. I am pleased you saw fit to amend that error. In the future perhaps you will remember to make such offers to the community as a whole instead of selected members of it.
